Filled it w/some water & let it sit 4 a few minutes while I did other stuff. When I came back 2 it, I noticed the piece of furniture it sat on was wet. I realized this silicone bong was leaking from the bottom. I wiped it down, the furniture too & filled it again w/less water. Again, it leaked. I could feel the water coming out of the seam on the bottom. The next evening, I went back 2 the store w/the defective bong. The owner was there, not the sales man. I showed her the leaky bong, as I had brought it in a plastic bag w/ water in the bong. She graciously said she would replace it 2,morrow night. There were no others in the store. 2morrow in the AM she would pick some up. She said stop by tomorrow night. I said 2 her I live a bit far, here is my #, please call me when u have the replacement bong She took my number, though it was obvious she did not want 2. I started 2 tell she was all lip. I tried 2 give her the defective bong, she kept telling me she had no use 4 it & told me if I did not want it 2 toss it. The next day came and went. No call. The day after the sun rose and the sun set and no call. On the third day I called the shop and the guy who sold me the bong answered and he said... oh yeah, Elle (the boss) told me to tell you that you are putting too much water in the bong. It is a small bong and does not need a lot of water he relayed to me from her. I told him, I already tried putting less water in and that less water would only be the answer to the problem if the water was leaking from any place else but the seam on the bottom of the bong. He then started to go wild with me on the phone calling me a 'dude' and telling me she just told him today about this in case I should come by. When I asked him to give her my number and have her call me he told me to ###k off and hung up the phone. OH, before doing so, he told me there are a lot of signs in the store that state NO REFUNDS. The next day I drafted a letter to the shop asking them to replace the bong. I advised them I would give them 15 days or so to do so before I would proceed with small claims court. The letter was sent certified mail and a few days after I got a voice mail message from someone - a person that never left their name - calling me and saying they are calling from Legal Services. They commented in their message to me that my letter was absurd. No legal service of any kind would every leave that type of a message. I very clearly recognized this voice as the owner, Ellee. I called back, got a voice mail box, left a message and never heard back from her. Regardless of the cost of this silicone bong, he did give me a good price, but hey I did buy two, b t w, the other bong is glass, they did not do the correct thing. As the owner originally stated to me, she would replace it. We know she never did. And she is a game player, inventing herself as legal services. WTF. As for the guy who sold this item to me, he was so nice in the store helping me, but our phone call proved that this 'dude' couldn't take the pressure. In fact, I was glad I did not go back to the store because I sensed in or phone call that this guy could be dangerous when met in person. As for the signs all over the store stating there is no refund, that's OK but not applicable to merchandise that is damaged. Frankly, I did no see such a sign or signs but I would think that if that is the store's policy, they should inform you of this verbally at check out. And by law, it is required to be stated on the receipt. But again, according to federal, city and state law, a no refund policy does not apply to damaged merchandise. AND, I was not asking for a refund. all I wanted was a replacement. Next stop... Small Claims Court. OH and I may tack on the cost of my damaged fine wood furniture that this bong leaked on. At at time when their relationship with the community should be very important to them, they obviously are a turn off to this customer who will never return to their shop again and I will post this review accordingly.

I found the closest shop to where I was staying, and as always checked their Yelp reviews. Fifteen minutes away is more like 30 minutes with Brooklyn traffic. Well worth the trek! I called first and spoke with Jeff to make sure they had what I needed. He wasn't sure, but I asked about alternatives, and he confirmed they carried coils and tanks. Fine. If they don't have my coils, I'll just buy a new tank. Well, they had my coils, and at a very reasonable price. I started to talk to Vinny and had a nice conversation about a few things we have in common. The guys were so cool that I didn't want to leave with just a box of coils. I asked Vinny to sell me something else--just because... He showed me a pod system and I bought that and an extra box of coils for it. I will be back and plan to buy all my vape supplies from this great store in the future. No need to buy online anymore. Cool store. Cool people. Go check it out. You'll become a loyal customer. Businesses like this deserve to be supported. They're the lifeblood of the neighborhood.

And if you're looking for something they may not have available they've got something better. I've gotten CBD and vape products and I love the quality of their products.
