Michael was professional, thoughtful, and very courteous through the entire process. We learned more about Superior's offerings, and may do more work to the house than we expected; not because Michael tried to over sell us, but because we asked for more quotes given his professionalism. We look forward to a great quote, and to doing business with Superior. Nice job, Michael and thank you for your time today.

We had six windows to replace…read more(which met their minimum) and the owner Eugeniy responded to my Yelp request quickly, scheduled my consultation for the same week, and was responsive through every step. The sales person Charlie met with me and took the appropriate measurements, was respectful of my time, and gave us plenty of options. Their professionalism was what sold me on the company--they were not trying to upsell me, or overcharge like other companies would (one other company gave us a 3 hour sales pitch and quoted 20k for the same six windows). Universal gave us a reasonable price and didn't take up unnecessary time. Eugeniy personally ordered the windows to the custom measurements, and when they arrived he brought one to store so that it wouldn't be damaged in transit. He had recommended that we install a new window in our exit door and it was the right call--that entire area looks much improved! The installers were prompt, professional, and the end result was clean, precise, and expertly done. Eugeniy himself came to check the quality of their work and made sure it was done to his standard before receiving the final payment. It is difficult to know who to trust with these projects--if you're looking for knowledgeable professionals who will meet your budgetary and time constraints, with great communication this is the company you want to go with. We will definitely be back in the future for other windows in our home!

Completely seamless for us and by far our easiest home renovation project. I highly recommend Universal Windows Direct Of Atlanta.

They removed the damaged window, did an excellent job securing the opening with plywood and tape, and were back within 48 hours with the new glass installed. Rapid Glass came out the same day I called, boarded it up, and had the repaired window back in place within 48 hours. The two guys who came out were polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The repaired window looks great. I couldn't have asked for better service. I would definitely use Rapid Glass again and highly recommend them.

I would have happily paid another company a couple extra hundred dollars to not have my property damaged. We had some siding replaced and soffits, and both were treated as an after thought. They left my driveway with huge gouges from the dumpster, and a big dent in the case of our brand new heating and air unit. When asked about the damage all I got was "Oh I'm sorry to hear about that." So too bad for me I guess. The siding guys were finishing up when I paid the owner and asked that they caulk around some of the siding with big gaps. He said "no problem"... took the money and his guys were gone before he was out of our culdesac. No caulking. I also had informed him that I was having more work done and needed access to the back yard (tree removal and privacy fence). It took nearly a week for me to get them to take their pallet of unused materials from blocking the way to the back yard, and just hours before the tree guys were scheduled to show up. The moral of the story = roof ok, any thing else go another way.
