What I love most is that the dryers here ACTUALLY WORK SO YOU DONT HAVE TO PUT IN ANOTHER $1.25 TO DRY. Uncomfortable interactions and poor customer service…read more I really wanted to like this laundromat. At first it seemed clean and convenient, but over time the experience has gone downhill. Several of the larger machines now smell bad, which is already an issue. On top of that, interactions with staff have consistently been uncomfortable. Anytime we ask to break a $20 or $100 bill (which is pretty standard at laundromats), the response is dismissive or flat-out refused, without explanation or effort to help. The tone from staff often comes across as condescending rather than professional. There also seems to be a communication barrier, which wouldn't be a problem on its own--but instead of trying to clarify or help, it creates tension and frustration for customers. Most recently, we were told we couldn't start a wash late in the evening, only to watch another customer be allowed to do so minutes later. No explanation, no apology. Between the odors, inconsistent rules, and uncomfortable staff interactions, the overall vibe just isn't welcoming. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this place falls short. Any efforts being made to clean the machines have not resolved the problem and require improvement. Intent doesn't negate impact--discomfort was still caused.

I don't mind the price of $90 for pickup/drop off laundry, but the constant texting back and forth, the handling, and basic customer service was really unprofessional. I acknowledge that the confirmation email went to the wrong address, but it should not have taken over two weeks to get my mother's laundry back. When finding out what went wrong, the whole transaction wasn't handled professionally. After two weeks, my mom's laundry was dropped off in front of her apartment door. No phone call, no attempt to reach her or me. At least they took a picture and texted it to me proving delivery. Thankfully, no one took it. When things go wrong in business, you bend over backwards to fix it. I didn't see this happening, just excuses and no solution. I realize that mistakes happen. But the frequent texting, delay in delivery, making excuses, a week delay in payment (you should let customers know about different/faster payment options than PayPal), then dropping them off outside a front door without communication is unacceptable.
