This was my 2nd Tomberlin, replacing a 2008 4 passenger Emerge 4 w/ a new 2019 6 passenger Emerge 4. The new vehicle is awesome. My family loves it, and lots of positive remarks from neighbors in our community (which has a large number of golf carts). Tomberlin has really come a long way in the last 10 years (I think largely in part to having new ownership and being American made now). Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable, as I was debating between a few brands for my next vehicle. Chris shared good advice about selling my old vehicle. Even better, Chris had a great price on the new vehicle. I was a bit cautious about doing everything virtually. Chris was very responsive. The transaction went very smooth, all out of state over phone, email, and Facetime. Chris recommend how to secure cost effective transport with UShip, which solved of the friction points. Chris is a bit direct at times compared to your usual salesperson; I chalked this up to his shop is very busy with the good weather. They had to contact him then he says he's sending another used motor and we have yet to get it or hear from him it's total junk we paid over 8 grand for it to work less then an hour they are rip offs and take advantage of people make sure you read the contract they only replace with used parts and you have to fix it they don't send anyone to fix it or have you bring it anywhere it is a shame we can't get no one to help us after spending our savings on a cart we can't use

After arriving to my sons house where i had paid to have towed to First car battery dead Brand NEW BATTERY so open hood to jump battery and realized the air filter fuel rail spark plugs coils were all taken out and left laying on motor under hood then found box of hardware hidden behind crap in back of car. Where as i repaired all parts taken out and not replaced there was 1 NUT from 1 coil and 1 BOLT from fuel missing being a mechanic i do understand this is an intentionally done to say FU to the customer. After replacing all parts go to start battery still dead did not take a charge so i charged his old battery and replaced the new battery they installed and car started right up ran and drove does need tune up but motor was fine no issues Yet had both these repairs shops say motor was no good Junk it.....As a mechanic who understand how things work. BEWARE OF CROOKS who were paid over $1,000 for repairs that were not needed the motor taken apart yet just replace a battery that was NO GOOD..who looked to ROB/STEAL a student at LYNN from NY... He acknowledged the call and told his guys what to put on the car. When I went to pay, I reiterated the phone agreement and he said, "ok, $320". I said no, you said $240. He said, "ok, $280". I asked what happened to the $240. He said, "no no, $280 is good". They were already on my car, the price wasn't horrible and I needed them, so I paid the $280 and left (although not the agreement). A month later I was filling my tire up every other day. I stopped by the shop and they said I had a small hole in my side wall. They told me i could buy a new tire but it wasn't their fault. As I was there, I saw a friend of my sons who he had sent there as well. She had just purchased a tire from them the week before. While driving, her tire blew out. They told her not their fault but she could buy a new tire. This is unacceptable. I understand they are used tires but they should back what they sell and also understand they are used tires that may have flaws and may be unsafe/no good. This is not the way to do business. My son is in the automotive field and has sent numerous people to Tony's. Many of which have been unsatisfied and had similar experiences. Buyer be ware.

Have bought all my tires at Tony's since he opened his new location on Military Tr…read more Last month, his staff put 2 tires on the front, and as I always do - I asked him not to tighten the lug nuts too tight in case I get a flat Last Wednesday - I got a flat 6 hours - 2 mobile mechanics - and 2 tow truck drivers later, I had my car towed back home almost 70 miles - then towed over to Tony's the following morning Oer the weekend - I noticed an increase in the wobbling in the front end of my car as I increase speed, and today I can see where the front two tires are not symmetrical - with the tire they replaced slightly angling out So after making an appointment with my alignment guy today for 4:00 p.m. - I called Tony, asked him if I can have 5 minutes of his time - and - because he was having multiple conversations at the same time - had to tell him my story at least five times, over and over and over again And when I finally asked him if he would like to pay half for my alignment - a measly $50 - he gave me the runaround and hung up on me After everything I had gone through - and now have to go through with my alignment - all because of his staff okay - this is how the owner of the company treated me. and and I'm, at least I was until 10 minutes ago, a very good customer DO NOT take your car here under any circumstances for tires, or anything else You do so at your own risk and they will accept no responsibility whatsoever when they mess up your car And that's the truth - the whole truth- and nothing but the truth Pictured is the flat tire which would not come off (until they hammered it off and messed up my alignment) because their staff put the lug nuts on way too tight

So you suck it up, brace yourself for the ridiculous bill and head over. My experience at Vinnie's was nothing short of perfect. I needed everything - tires, entirely new brakes, a new battery, a full tune up, an oil change, my transmission flushed AND I needed to make sure my car is 100% ready for a 2,000 mile road trip I'm making this summer. Vinnie and Elton greeted me, heard my concerns and listened to my needs and assured me they would be respectful of my budget but absolutely wanted to make sure my car was in tip-top shape. I left my car at the shop and continued on with my day. I got a phone call several hours later letting me know my car was ready to be picked up, and surprisingly, even though I needed a ton of work, the all-in cost was nowhere near what I thought it would be. They were polite, professional, courteous and even had me take my car for a short spin to make sure I was comfortable with how it rode with all the major changes.
