I was very happy with the way Quality Carpet Cleaning handled a problem we had with the stairs. The cleaning solution was not able to dry correctly because of the air conditioning being on during the hottest day on record in the San Gabriel Valley. The manager responded to my call immediately and sent a team out to correct the problem the next day. They cleaned it beautifully and then did not charge us for the entire job. They also followed up with a phone call several days later to make sure we were happy with the correction, which we were. I was very happy with their service. read more

Do not use them. Their technician was hours late. Customer Service kept indication he is "on his way" and "he will be at your place in 22 minutes". The technician did not speak English. Equipment is outdated. Service is poor. Even more interesting - I was charged a "minimum charge" of $89 that is higher than the quote I have received on the internet read more

I had your team out this morning (ERIC and MATT) to clean the carpets for a my folks house that we just sold. The address was 731 Camino De Oro in San Jacinto, CA 92543. I'm a condo owner and hired this company to clean my carpets between renters. They did a great job! Both gentlemen were nice and polite and right on time. The price was also much better than the other quotes I received. I would totally use them again in the future. read more

Was quoted a price and when they arrived, they jacked it up another 40 stating high traffic areas or stains. What company doesn't expect high traffic areas or a few minor stains. This company is the biggest rip off con -artist. Do not use. Don't believe the bogus 4 and five star reviews below. I was contacted by someone from the company stating they do not behave as indicated above. They are obviously monitoring this site and submitting fake reviews. read more

Do not use this company for carpet patching. I needed a piece of carpet patched (6in x 12in & I have the extra carpet) First they would not quote me over the phone and when they got to my house they tried to charge me $300. What a joke... Also very pushy on up selling. Thanks, but NO THANKS! Hired another company to do it for less than half the price. read more

I found this place online and thought I would try it out. My living room and hallway really needed a good scrub down after our dog Meatballs' potty training phase. They were suppose to be here between 8AM-11AM. I got up extra early and got the living room clear and vacuumed. Then I waited, waited and waited. Finally I decided to check my phone because it was 10:30 already. They had called 15 minutes before and I called them right back. Apparently since I did not answer my phone they went to another job and said they would do mine after. Great. I had an interview to go to. I had to ask them to come back at 1:30. So they came back at 2. After a long day of waiting they got it done within an hour. I even asked them to shampoo my cushions on my couch. So far looks like a good job but it was really pricey I think. I wish now I would have done some research and I probably could have found somewhere a bit cheaper. read more

Ryan was early, did a very thorough job and took care of our entire place quickly. Will definitely use again in the future!

It's good that you respond to reviews on Yelp. It shows that you're able to use the Internet. You're on your way to being a modern business. There is hope! Your next step to to stop telemarketing. Send letters! Send coupons! Send email! There are so many ways to market without being rude. The customer has changed. For everyone under 40, telephone calls are for emergencies. I used this company to repair my carpet. I had a "square" of carpet for only my dining room that was installed not but 18 months prior. My husband put in tile around it so I looked for a company to do a repair on the area that needed to be stretched out a little with a matching threshold strip. The charge was over $400 which I thought was steep but agreed to it anyway. I didn't understand why they insisted on taking the carpet out and to put it back in when it was only one small area that needed to be stretched. First of all, the guy who was doing the carpet repair refused to use booties on his dirty boots. When I asked him about it, he basically shrugged like he didn't care about getting my carpet dirty. When he used the bathroom, he urinated all over the floor and I had to clean it with a Clorox wipe. Very unprofessional. Finally, they finished the job, didn't do it correctly, had to come out SEVERAL TIMES to fix it and then a year later, the carpet pulled from the wall leaving a 2-inch gap. By the way, this is a room that I NEVER use so...for it to separate like that means that they didn't staple the carpet down at all. I had to hire a company to come out, rip the carpet out, and lay wood floors down since I couldn't stand looking at their make-shift half-baked "repair" job anymore. Now they constantly hound me on the phone with telemarketing calls for carpet cleaning as well as sending me mailers ALL THE TIME. I've told them to cease and desist but that hasn't helped. Save yourself the aggravation and use another service. read more

Never used this company before, and thanks to the ridiculous ad I received in the mail, I will NEVER use them in the future. The ad told a full page story about how the guy is nagged by his wife for being a bad driver. So, since I am a woman, what am I supposed to get out of that ad, exactly? Am i supposed to relate to you? Or find that funny? If nothing else, it only advertises that you are a bad driver!!! Not professional, not appreciated, and DEFINITELY not doing business with you. read more

Quality Carpet Cleaning - Highly unprofessional ad... Confusing, and even mildly offensive since i am a WOMAN. Thanks, but no thanks! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Glendale, California

Had my carpets cleaned this morning. All pet stains were removed along with some grease spots. Which I had to pay extra for. Worked the stairs to the 2nd floor extra hard. Stains on the bottom landing, but now it's history. Treated with stain guard so hopefully we won't have any more stains. Charged $145 extra for pet stain removal Charged $110 extra for stain guard. Tried to sell me on the tile cleaning and sealing for the kitchen floor at $1.20 sf quoted total was over $350. Said no. Price went down to $.40 without sealing. Still said no. Talk about selling you extras to make a profit. Feel I was taken advantage of and overcharged. Am I satisfied? We will see when/if the carpet dries. read more

I scheduled an appointment to have my carpets cleaned by Quality Carpet Cleaning last week. They gave me a four hour window for arrival time, which I thought was standard but realized later is not. The technician arrived three and a half hours in, only to tell me he needed to park in the garage, but his van was too tall to fit, so he left, without cleaning the carpets. I was not given any advance notice of any special parking requirements. The technician checked out my carpets while he was there and still somehow tried to upsell me with a special cleaning additive, which the other company I ended up using said was not necessary. Would not recommend. read more

I just used Quality Carpet Cleaning for the first time and I'm very happy with the outcome. I've used some big-name companies in the past and paid a lot more. Kara cleaned all of the hard-to-reach areas and even removed some stubborn spots. I will definitely be a return customer. read more

Our carpet cleaning went extremely well. It was quite excellent for the price that was offered by Quality Carpet Cleaning and Angie's List. $97.00 for 4 bedrooms and an area rug is an amazing price! When scheduling the service, I communicated with Yolanda on 3 separate occasions and she was always incredibly responsive, professional, and courteous. We had to change our service date twice due to my folks not being ready for the cleaning. When Jerry arrived on 1/9/15, he was punctual, extremely professional, and very kind. He even took the time to help my father clean a few extra pieces of carpet and gave some advice regarding pet urine stains. We were extremely pleased by the expedited and professional service for the care of our carpets. As for the cleanliness of our carpets, the cleaning came out quite decent, but we were not too concerned since we are planning on changing out the carpets next year, and just needed a cleaning to tide us over. We also understood that some stains would be more difficult to get out since we hadn't had our carpets cleaned since 2002. Far too long. We would also like to comment that we appreciated that Jerry was not attempting to up-sell us. We were very grateful for the company keeping their word. We would highly recommend to friends and family, and we would easily call upon Quality Carpet Cleaning again! read more

I found this company on Google. I think I clicked an ad originally. I got a quote by selecting my carpeted rooms. Pretty simple. And it gave me an exact price. Scheduled the appointment online. They called me the night before to confirm. They called me again an hour before my appointment time and asked if they could come early. The cleaning guy walked through the house with me, then got started. An hour and a half later he was finished, and the price was exactly what my original quote was. Carpets were barely damp to the touch. Dried completely by the next morning. The carpets look great and smell good. I play with my infant son on the floors all the time, so I notice. I noticed a couple days later that he'd cleaned the dogs beds, both upstairs and in the living room. I'd definitely use these guys again, and I already recommended them to my neighbor. Only thing I'm kinda pissed about is that I just found out I could have got 25% off if I'd been to their Yelp page first. See this great review? Can I get my 25% retroactively? Just kidding, great job done. I'm satisfied. EDIT: Looking at some of these older reviews I guess they must have gotten better in the last couple years, or I just lucked out, so YMMV. read more

I was quoted at $68 for my studio apartment and told it depends on the job, but due to spots on the carpet I was re-quoted on arrival at $135 (almost double). Because the main spot didn't come out, the company adjusted the price to $85 when I asked for an adjustment, which I appreciated. The window the company told me the cleaner would arrive in was 1-4pm and the cleaner arrived within that window around 2:30pm. He was very polite and professional. The company doesn't have any paper to put down on the floor afterwards (they said because it increases drying time), but that means that my feet and socks got wet as I waited for it to dry, which I didn't love. Most of the spots on my carpet were lightened but still remained which wasn't awesome. My main stain actually spread when the company tried to get it out, so with regards to the main spot I was hiring a cleaner for, I was actually left with a worse spot than before the cleaning. The cleaner also spilled something on my comforter that made it look permanently wet in that spot. I didn't think it was a big deal until the next day when I decided to wash my comforter and it was actually a stain that didn't come out :( read more

The prices were ok. We were charged $220 to shampoo a love seat, three seater and sofa (not including the cushions). They were polite and explained the process to the best of their ability. I had to insist that they suck water out as much as possible. They hesitantly did so. They showed up early and left early. They seemed to be in a rush. The whole process didn't take more than thirty minutes. The whole time I wondered if I could purchase the same equipment for the same price and perform the service myself throughout the entire house. -- Update 11/12/2012, 2:07 PM: The furniture is almost completely dry. The stain that the cleaner kept insisting wouldn't come out, although I kept insisting that he continue to try to remove it, finally disappeared. We spent five minutes disputing whether it would come out. I am very happy with the results. It was a great day to support local small businesses. read more

I got my carpets cleaned over a year ago. I still get calls often from them. Very nice people but I feel literally harrassed and annoyed by all the calls. I found Quality Carpet Cleaning on the internet. I got lucky. My husband is getting out of the hospital in 2 days and I needed someone quickly to get the carpets clean and dry before he comes home. They sent a man named Steve who was available in just 3 hours. He did a fabulous job. A few traffic areas need extra attention and the extra charge for that was nominal. The carpets look like new. I am 70 and have severe back problems and Steve moved all the smaller tables and chairs for me....at no extra charge. When you call, ask for Steve. I recommend him highly. Suzan N. read more

My area rug was gross, you guys. My "natural" colored rug was looking pretty unnatural, grayed with grime and ground in cat fur. I'm not proud of that. But Alex from Quality Carpet Cleaning came by this past Saturday and helped restore a bit of dignity to this little studio apartment. He was polite and professional, even when I didn't hear my phone ring the first time he called (I was desperately and futilely vacuuming to try and mitigate.) He got right to work, and even he was surprised at how well the rug cleaned up in just fifteen minutes of work. It looks SO much better. Bright, consistently colored and clean. For an 8 x 10 synthetic area rug that was moderately grimy, he quoted me $105 which seemed reasonable (and certainly cheaper than just replacing the thing before the next time I had company.) Alex was great, and I'm very pleased with the results! read more

Henry Mira did an EXCELLENT job cleaning the carpets in our entire apartment. We used a deal from a "List" and received top quality service from start to finish. Quality Carpet Cleaning was professional all the way. They were able to get us scheduled in the very next day, gave an accurate and honest estimate time ("3-6pm on the day, and the technician will call you 20-30 min before he arrives") and they also sent a courtesy text message reminder! Henry gave a courtesy call beforehand, arrived with all supplies (and was such a good sport about having to carry his equipment up and down the 2nd floor!) and was kind and pleasant. He took his time, and didn't rush through, and was honest with me about the tile/grout problem in the kitchen (he advised that the linoleum should be replaced, not cleaned) and spent 1.5 hours cleaning. Henry was so thorough and professional, and even went out of his way to move the bed, chairs, etc so that he could reach all of those hidden (but very dirty!) areas. He also put pads/plastic under the furniture legs so that they would be protected while the carpeting dried. 24 hrs later, everything was dry, and the carpets looked so much better. Oh, and QCC went above and beyond with their customer service - they gave me a follow up phone call AND also sent a letter to make sure that I was satisfied. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Quality Carpet Cleaners are here now, and as I write this the dirt from two kids, two cats, and general wear and tear grime are being slucked off of my couch and armchairs. Really happy with the upholstery service -- the couch looks new! And in a few days when my area rugs get delivered back to me I can't wait to enjoy clean rugs! The online estimate and scheduling process was quick and easy; customer service called me back the same day on a weekend no less to confirm my appt and answer my question about my yelp deal; and Lorenzo and his technician arrived on time and are doing a bang up job. Excellent service and value. I highly recommend these professionals. read more

I've been using Quality Carpet Cleaning for a few years now and they always do a great job! I've had them do everything from basic carpet cleaning to area rugs full of dog piss (not my dog) and I had them shampoo my couch which was surprisingly dirty! The guys that come are usually quite talkative but in a very friendly manner, they really like to make you feel ok with them being in your home so they get rid of that stranger factor real quick haha. Do not use this company. Terrible terrible service and very late. We had an appointment between 12-3pm and they did not show up until 5:15pm! And they raised the quote from $150 to $350 with some bs excuse. Anyways, the guys they sent over did a terrible job on our apartment... they didn't even bother lifting a single piece of furniture as they shampoo the carpet... you can easily see dirty marks left behind because the guys were too lazy to do a thorough job. Needless to say, this is a horrible company to deal with and they will quote a low price with the bait n switch tactic. So buyer beware. read more

Last year, I used Quality Carpet for the first time and was beyond satisfied with this company's service. I called on them again this year, this time to have the carpets done on a larger home I have and I was extremely pleased to have the very same experience a year or so later. I called in and I specifically requested the same person, Gilbert, to come out to my home, as he did a great job the first time, and his professionalism, respect, cleanliness and skills are exemplary. I was very comfortable with him working on my home. I was very pleased to find out he was available to come out at soon as the following day. After he was done, it's almost impossible to distinguish the carpet from a brand new installation, except of course that it was damp from the fresh cleaning, and indeed we had some parts of the carpet, particularly the stairs, that were impossible to "make new" again, but nevertheless they came out very clean. If you are looking to have your carpets cleaned, look no place else than with Quality Carpets, especially that their prices are extremely affordable and competitive. read more

I would give 3.8 out of 5 stars. I purchased a deal through Amazon Local vouchers. They were extremely professional when I scheduled the appt, and brought two people out to clean my condo. My condo's carpets were full of stains from normal traffic as well as from my dogs. They used an enzymatic cleaner to get out the stains and then cleaned the carpet. They moved furniture and small items out of the way in order to clean the carpet thoroughly. The only small thing is that in some places, the enzymatic cleaner caused my carpet to turn slightly pink, where the spot treatment had been done. It's faint, but noticeable to me. Otherwise, I am quite satisfied. Thank you! read more
