Another update: Well, things just took a crazy turn! Yesterday I wrote that I was 100% confident…read morethat they mean well. But I can admit when I am wrong and boy was I ever wrong! I would not believe it if this had not just happened to me, but the owner of this company, a man 2x my size, literally just showed up at my door to bully me into taking down this review! He actually told me that I am being "un-Christ-like" by not forgiving them! I told him that I can forgive them, but I still feel like I need to warn people about the toxic chemicals that they are using because they misrepresent themselves to their customers. Then he replied that he thinks that I just woke up yesterday morning and decided to destroy his business! So, you get to decide for yourselves. These guys do have some five star reviews, but I wonder how many of their other customers researched their products (like I did) verses taking their word for it (like I did at the beginning). And I wonder how many other people they bullied or bribed into taking down bad reviews. I am literally a full-time volunteer who works to facilitate interfaith dialogue between communities which have been warring for thousands of years (go ahead and google me), and even *I* can't work with this guy. I have nothing to gain from writing this review, other than the piece of mind knowing that I tried to warn my neighbors. So, you can either believe me, or the people who built their business with pictures of kids and dogs playing in beautiful nature, while secretly peddling bifenthrin. Personally I don't know anybody who has experienced anything life-altering from a bug bite, but I do know plenty of people struggling with fertility issues, neurological challenges, and kids with behavioral issues and learning disorders due to toxin exposure. So please do your own research and decide. UPDATE: I received a receipt for today's service which said that the bait boxes were empty, but I was standing there watching when the guy checked them and he said that they were still full (specifically he said that they were "mostly full, or still full depending on who filled them.") He didn't even top them off. And then, the manager called me and offered a full refund and to waive my cancelation fee *IF* I took down my review! So if you like dishonesty and bribery, this company is for you. Original review: We have tried *so* hard with this company. And to be fair, they have tried really hard with us. But we have had one terrible experience after another with them. They didn't show up for multiple appointments, missed a ton of very visible hornets' nests and mud dabber nests, left the garage door open on a rainy day which ended up drenching several boxes of stuff, and gave us contradictory information about rats at every visit. And after several months, not one of their traps ever caught a single rat. But the thing that ripped it for me was finding out today what is in their bug spray. The spray that they said was just essential oils, the spray that they used to soak our carpet, our doors including the door knob and doggy door, and even a few of my toddler's toys which were left near the wall, is actually a known neurotoxin and endocrine disrupter. If they had read the warning booklet they would have seen a long list of precautions to avoid human exposure and first aid in case it accidentally came into contact with skin, eyes, or the mouth. But they sprayed it on toys. Think about that for a minute. Poison on toddler toys. These people are genuinely some of the nicest people I have ever tried to work with. I am 100% confident that they mean well. I don't think they would have sprayed that crap on toys if they had known that it was toxic. (I even told them all about how careful we are about pesticides because we are trying to conceive again.) But for a company that brands itself as "Nature's Balance" and tells people that the spray is just peppermint oil, they *should* have known better.

Haven't had any pest issues since signing up for their seasonal summer protection plan where they…read morecome only in the summer months to spray at my home. I used to have a lot of spider and wasp issues before using their Service and now I never do! I also like the smell that the product leaves afterwards
