She was straight forward, upfront and said she couldn't promise the stains would come out but explained her crew was around for over 10 years and they would do their best- so I took a shot. It was $250, which could have been a waste of the carpet didn't clean up well- she sent her two guys out the next day- they arrived on time in a professional marked vehicle and were so professional and awesome. The main guy was confident he would get most of the stains out and after 2 hours of working hard with stain removal treatment & cleaning .. EVERY SINGLE STAIN CAME OUT except the small green slime from my kids over 6 years ago that was embedded. These guys left me with a 13 year old carpet that looked brand new and smelled amazing! I have never had luck with any construction company in the past. Albert Construction was referred to me by my neighbor. After calling other contractors for estimates, we decided to to call Albert. I have to say, despite my fear, he did a GREAT JOB! Took 3 weeks and he made sure the job was done right. He does everything from plumbing, to electrical, demolition,, flooring, painting, and more importantly, he insulated the inside of the wall, and put new sheet rock before installing the shower walls tiles. You name it, he can do it and does the job well. I would not hesitate to call Albert again. On a personal note to Albert, thank you, thank you, thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I am very happy with the outcome and you were very understanding and patient with my expectations. I will be calling again for more work in the very near future, including electrical and new doorbells. FYI to the public...the first picture is what the bathroom looked like...the bathtub was unstable, and too small, the last contractor put wall tiles on the floor which cracked in a month, and the plumbing was completely messed up. Even after submitting a claim to the siding manufacturing and after their investigation showed it was NOT a product defect but a result of defective improper workmanship he refused to own up to his mistakes and pay for them to be executed professionally Furthermore, he didn't even have proper commercial insurance for defective workmanship to cover such mistakes. The workers left nails all over the property and never cleaned up. His workers and him did another siding job in South Plainfield where they put up Siding without installing insulation first they left it on the front lawn. They had to take the entire siding down install insulation then reside and they still did a horrible job.
