So happy my neighbors informed me about Quality Bookkeeping. After many many years with my old tax preparing company I finally decided to look for a new place and I am happy I found them. Of course I procrastinated and waited to the very last minute to call and have my taxes done. I called on the 14the of July and the cut off date is the 15th of July. When I called the ever so lovely Margaret answered and was totally helpful. She took my information over the phone and was very detailed, she mentioned they are taking and welcoming new people but because of Covid they are playing catch up and they could not promise to have my taxes in by the 15th but they were also offering to file an extension on my part if they would not be done on time so I wouldn't get penalized. Of course I said yes, I know it was my fault for waiting so long so I was totally ok with an extension if needed. Margaret give me specific instructions when I arrive to please park in the back of the plaza (lots of parking spaces) and to please call before going inside, again due to Covid they are taking all precautions and staying as safe/clean as possible. They are allowing and definitely doing there best to have one person in the hallway at a time and they have a bucket to put your papers in and hand sanitizer available as well. Once you leave your paper work in the bucket they will come out to pick it all up and just go over some details together and shortly after that I was on my way. The next day which was the 15th I got a call saying my taxes are done and just needed me to come back in to sign and pay. Unfortunately I was not feeling well and again with all the scares going on I asked if they could please file that extension for me and as soon as I'm feeling up to par I will be in the office to finalize everything. Margaret was so understanding and said no rush they are ready to go once I'm feeling well.
