I have done my taxes here 3 years in a row and this year I got a letter from the IRS saying they…read moreneeded a copy of my license so I went by the office in Socastee and gave him what he needed the first of March he told me I'd likely see the refund in 6 weeks so I call yesterday to see why I haven't heard anything and when I search online it says it hasn't even been processed and he tells me he FORGOT to send it in.. this is not the worst part though he cussed me out and hung up on me more than 3 times at least I kept having to call back after several call backs he gives me the confirmation number. I paid him way too much money to be treated this way and I paid him for a service he FORGOT to do. I'm gonna report you guys to the IRS. I have the call recorded it's embarrassing for you as a company and I will play it for anyone that will listen.
