Austin was very responsive to our calls, emails and any questions or concerns we had. Austin was not only professional but very personable as well, and he e is also very knowledgeable with regards to HOA/POA communities and the insurance requirements. Austin's attention to detail was his most impressive quality as he not only saved our members money but also found critical errors on our previous policies ( by our former agent) that could have been devastating to our community. It was a night and day experience dealing with Austin, we highly recommend Austin and Waccamaw Insurance!

Not the common practice but since I had to help them along with a number of steps I felt as though I was using them as well. Originally, this particular location helped my folks plan out a vacation cruise with other members of the family. I couldn't join them based on having to work. Anyway, after a nice time they needed to renew their respective passports as they were expiring and fortunately the advice given by this office was to do this after the trip and not just before to avoid any travel issues. They listened. After opting to do this online they ran into issues getting a proper photograph done and no matter what I did with my own tech and skills, the photo was too dark, too light, too large, too small etc. It was very frustrating and this is where their office came into play again. Not only did they discover that they would do said passport photo for them but they would also send a digital copy to their emails for no charge as members. Everyone in this office was nice and happy to have their business. Once back home I was able to help them do the renewal. At the end of the day the services that they received from this AAA location made me glad that they had them in their corner and should I end up living down there I will for sure be employing their services. Nicely done friends. Thanks for being so helpful.

What a horrible example of an organization who seemingly needs customers to sustain itself, but…read moreevidently doesn't care enough to service potential customers. I called the Myrtle Beach Farm Bureau office on behalf of my son who is in the military stationed outside the continental United States, and has property in North Myrtle Beach. My local Farm Bureau agent (whose insurance I personally have in North Carolina) had provided me with the Myrtle Beach office's contact information. I spoke with Rick, a very personable man, and provided very personal details (dob, ss#, etc) on my son, the property location, etc. After 5-20 minutes of conversation, he said he would provide this information to Clayllene Gore (and her husband, Kenny, who works with her) and they would back in touch with a quote for homeowners insurance, wind and hail, flood, etc. After 2+ weeks, after not hearing back, I called again and Rick answered the phone. I told him I had not heard anything from Clayllene (the Agent) and he was surprised and apologetic, but assured me that he would follow-up with Clayllene and I should expect to hear from her very soon. Again, he was very apologetic and actually seemed embarrassed that I had not received a return phone call. So it's now 6+ weeks later and still no follow-up, phone call, email, etc. If I could have give less than 1 Star rating I would have done so. It's hard to know how to rate an organization's delivery of service(s) when my son has never received any. Do not recommend.
