You can bleed images across pages, manipulate font size, color, etc., depending on which style ordered. * They processed the order quickly. * It shipped and arrived on-time. * I asked a support question by email and got a prompt response. Negatives * The book won't lie flat, like the children's cardboard books you buy in a bookstore. * You can't weight them (put a weight on them) to make them lie flat. * The photo image quality is fair, not great. And the photos don't have a glossy image like the rest of the page. * Value: At $25, we were looking for a higher quality product. Words and phrases I'd use to describe the product include: Not bad, fair, adequate, good enough to not warrant a return. Would I order this again? I'd try different vendors, to see if they offered a better solution, or a better value.

When I received the board book, some of my illustrations were cut off, even though they were within the margins when I created the book. I reached out to Pint Size and the very next business day, they responded with an apology and a promise to re-print the book and send via FedEx overnight shipping. I received the new book in 2 days! Very happy with the new printing and with the exceptional customer service I received. Grandson #3 will be one year old next December and you can bet I will once again use Pint Size Productions for his book, too.

They have made blueprints for me for years and now make fabulous prints of my original art works. They work with me to get the colors on my art true to the original. When I asked weeks before my books were printed to include an ISBN number I had been waiting for, they agreed and then forgot to print them. When I queried, they said it went to print the next day, however I waited weeks for the printing. To be clear "went to print" means 20 steps down a corridor. I had to reorder new books. The covers were not accepted by Amazon. The formatting had issues that had to be corrected by another vendor at additional cost to me. I wasted over $1000. No accountability and poor customer service when you complain. Sorry but in this competitive industry they missed the mark in my case. Very sad.

When we received them, there were glue stains, creases and frayed cut lines on the pages. After a week of back and forth we were told they would "make an exception" and refund the money, but we would have to drive an hour up to Richmondhill to return the books or pay for the shipping. Why does the customer have to pay for your errors? I've been working with printers for 25 years and this is pretty poor service.
