If you need Notary Services, definitely call ahead , sometimes the notary is at another location. We worked with the manager, Andrea, who was an absolute gem and super helpful and kind. Prices were fair, and the store felt spacious and efficient. Plenty of parking out front, though signage could be better you won't really spot it until you're right there. I spent multiple days emailing back and forth with Doug to get decals and magnets made for a…read morememorial I am attending. Doug was kind and helpful until he wasn't. I was told they could complete the job on time and went on to create a design because they could not use the google image I found (which I understood) when I sent him the one I made, again I was told that the photo could not be used and that I would have to create a different photo but I would have to go through a different company to do so. I sent an email back to Doug letting him know that I could do that, but I can also more than likely make it myself but I didn't know what he needed from me in order to make it work (what type of file/picture). He never responded to me. I contacted FASTSIGNS and they were able to have my decals completed with the first photo I originally designed in less than 24 hours. I'm disappointed by the complete lack of help and understanding from Doug when I was a respectful and understanding client who would have used them in the future for many more things.
