Horrible service. I have been trying to buy a car from them for over 2 weeks. The General Manager…read moretold me if they can't get it they possibly can pull it from somewhere else. I emailed them what I was wanting to the General Manager and he was going to contact me back. Over a week later still haven't heard anything back from him. I get messages every day asking if he got a hold of me I said no then they tell me they will look into it. Had to search for my one vehicle ended up driving 2 hours to get it at Bentlee chevy in Florence Alabama. They are helping and a great dealership. Also Guntersville Chevy is one of the worst for service on your vehicle. They have messed number of things up on my wife's car and when you go back in to ask what's going on if the same issue they say you were never there before for that issue because they deleted out of the system and threw paper work away to save them from getting into trouble. I will never take my diesel truck there to get worked on. Stay away from this DEALERSHIP

Told me it was the only option we had, that it was the only vehicle that he could get the lender to approve me for because it was certified pre owned with a factory and extended warranty on it because our credit situation wasn't the greatest. (Found out from lender afterwards that they approved us for an amount, $30,000, not a vehicle in particular, they would always approve an amount, not a vehicle) Also told me that it was his girlfriend's car that she just recently traded in because she needed something a little bigger. Also told me that the transmission had just been replaced on it. The day I signed the papers in July, I didn't even get to come home with it because when he goes to pull it around the check engine light comes on so it immediately goes in the shop and we don't get it for 4 more days. We finally get it back, have it for 2 weeks and it breaks down on us. It has now been in the shop for 8 weeks, the transmission is shot, transmission is on back order and we are being told it will take at least another 12 weeks before they even get the transmission. So by the time we get it back we will have made 5 payments on it and only had it for a total of 2 weeks....on a vehicle that I wouldn't have gotten to begin with had I known we were approved for 30k, we have 2 children in car seats and a 16 yr old so the Escape is too small for our family. Terrible experience, I would not recommend buying from them, we were lied to numerous times and are now stuck with a lemon that we can't even drive!

I found a 2012 GMC Sierra in their inventory listed for $26,995. In person you can see where the…read morerear frame was worked and a couple other things still present from the crash. I used Carfax and it showed a total loss and salvaged vehicle. The vehicle was purchased at auction from Copart. Copart shows damage pictures from the rear. The retail book value listed by Carfax is $22,930. The Kelly Blue Book Value had the retail price point in the high $25,000 for a truck that was never crashed much less a total loss and salvaged vehicle. I read reviews on their website that say they are a completely transparent dealership. I went to the dealership and spoke with a salesman. I drove the vehicle to Autozone to have the systems checked. Everything was fine besides the alternator, it showed a failure. The dealership had their shop check and said it was working normally. While talking with the salesman I was told we are transparent and I said you showed me the repair list which wasn't fitted correctly to the page and he said it was the secretary's fault. I asked for the invoice to show where they purchased the vehicle from auction and told him I saw where it was bought for $10,700. The salesman refused to provide this information and asked how I knew this information. I told him it is public auction you just need to be a member of Copart to bid. The salesman said the owner finds these vehicles and falls in love with them and won't move on price much. I said that's a problem if you are trying to sell cars. The salesman stated he would have sold the car an hour and a half ago at $23,500. I told the salesman I worked for a franchise dealership before and failing to show the invoice was not complete transparency. The vehicle is considered common, not a collector and is being sold over fair market value. I checked and all their truck inventory is over fair market value. I did not purchase due to the lack of transparency and the vehicle being severely overpriced.

Fast forward it is4/9/2025, I still don't have the title to my truck that I bought 100% outright in cash. They have told me multiple times, it's out of our hands and they are still waiting. Why would you sell a vehicle in which you are unable to provide documentation for it. I have bought many vehicles from multiple dealerships and never had to wait over 3 weeks. This is unprofessional and just plain incompetent. I'm still waiting on title and it's still on HOLD awaiting there documents. I did everything on my side day 1. So before you buy from them. Just go somewhere else and find a better deal... along side honesty. My truck also had issues they failed to mention anywhere and wouldn't budget a dollar. I bought it just for the truck and that's it. Also your deposit is useless, 2 days hold but they don't tell you that till after you place it. I had to drive all the way out on a weekday at 8pm...
