Bryan first came out and greeted us, I didn't feel pushed or pressured to do anything but I was curious about a vehicle they had. I got to test drive it and inspect it, guy was honest and laid back. Decided to purchase the vehicle and the financing guy, Logan, was just the same way. Chill, laid back, and didn't try selling me any unnecessary stuff. I was also promised a window replacement for the car and a minor code fix from the engine light. Both were fixed the following week as promised with no extra cost to me, as promised. All in all, good dealership, they kept their promise, and I just wished I got to meet the owner that day to thank him for the great experience. I'm now a proud owner of a mustang GT 5.0. Wish more dealerships were like this one!

No deposit, average rates, decent vehicles…read more Today was a different story, month's ago we reserved a compact/standard car with low miles, everything was great until they called this morning to pick up a Nissan versa with 100,00 miles or the ford transit connect. When I go to rent a vehicle, I do not want a vehicle with 100,000 miles. I explained I was not comfortable driving the versa with that many miles to New York and back, Jason seemed offended and stated he trusted every vehicle in his fleet. He then called back to tell us he had sent all of his cars out to another city for rental. We asked him about the Mazda car he rented this morning, he then lied to us without realizing we asked that question knowing the answer already, he said they booked before you guys. And then said you need to take the transit connect it is a van but is classified as a mid size car, and he would discount the rate to still being more expensive than Enterprise. Such a shame that a business steadily goes down hill. This would have been my fourth car rental in less than a year for 3-7 days at a time. Oh well, please take my advice and look into other options before continuing with your rental. Loyal customers mean nothing to this small business.

But we are buying a truck so I guess it is natural to think he should talk to the man. The truck was In Worse shape than we anticipated, so my husband told the salesman that we were going to pass The salesman response? You can go get a new one up the street. My husband said. Excuse me? So the salesman repeated. They got new ones up the street. Um.. there is no reason to be a jerk because we didn't buy your ratty truck. Shame on you. We left even though we were interested in another truck we saw on the lot. We will never ever buy from this place.
