No he didn't get my car towed but he makes a killing off cars like mine that get towed it puts food on his table and makes sure he can buy a car seat if he were to need one. It doesn't take much to be a decent person , I didn't ask for all kinds of unnecessary items I asked for a car seat , a car seat for a child that I have to take to multiple appointments at uab for that just had open heart surgery that is on oxygen that has a feeding tube and that's just the tip of the iceberg , anything could happen and I don't have a car seat if it does . I would say that at least 100 cars and trucks had passed without offering help. The friendly voice on the phone said they would be there quickly. Within a few minutes of my call Autow"s was there to help this woman who's car had broke down. Absolutely the best wrecker service and if you are ever in my situation let them be your first call.

It was dark, late and rainy and I was tired and irritated. Flash Towing came in about 30 minutes or less. The guy Buzzy was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got home. He even went out of his way to try alternatives so I wouldn't have to pay for towing. You can tell he's just a kind hearted person naturally which really goes along way when you're having a horrible day. I would definitely recommend Flash Towing and this we'll be the only tow service my family or myself will ever use if I ever need one again. I waited for another Tow Company, which I wouldn't dare mention their name, for about 3 1/2 hours only After calling every hour on the hour, finding out they weren't coming at all. AnyWho, ONE call to this company and they gave me an ETA of 30 minutes and they were there in 28. The customer service was great, very accommodating, huge truck, which let me sit in the back very comfortably. They got me to my destination and "thanked me for my business " before I could "thank them for their service..." I use this platform more often than not to let people know the companies that I experience and if they should stay away But this is a few times I must say call them call Personally, I will call them first, especially if you're not in a good situation and would like a Tow with great customer service
