While replacing the pump, he also gave me several useful pointers as to how to use my washer and dryer more efficiently. You assume the factory is doing a good job and the team that checks does the same thing. Unfortunately Ron was not that lucky. He just had hoped to finish the job and combine some trips in the same area. But because of Ron's great attitude and personality he is making another trip!.
