Worse experience I ever had. I was referred to this company by my brother, the first person that I…read moretalked to was Al, according to him he is the manager, he sent a person by the name of Ron, I think I know more about appliances than him, he asked me for a 350 deposit , to buy parts because according to him he had fix his sister in laws washer witch it was the same model washer with the same problem 2 weeks prior , he made me wait 2 weeks for him to came back because he kept saying that the parts were running late, he finally came over just to find out that apparently it was not the same problem that his sister in laws washer, so now his story was that it wasn't worth to fix the washer, so after 3 weeks now the washer do not have a solution, so now he is telling me that I have to wait one more week to get 250 back , not the 350 that I gave him but 250 because he was charging 100 to let me know 3 weeks later than my washer couldn't be fix, I patiently waited the extra week to get my money back, I was supposed to get my money yesterday Friday January 9th , I just texted him today Saturday to ask about my money , and now his story is that he sent the money to my wife yesterday at 7am, he doesn't even have my wife's number so I want to know where did he send the money to, odviously he Is a lier, and he wants to keep my money, I just called Al ( the manager) again and he said that he can not talk to him until Monday lol, this company is a freaking joke, from top to bottom.. beware of their tactics , they obviously do not know what they are doing .

You assume the factory is doing a good job and the team that checks does the same thing. Unfortunately Ron was not that lucky. He just had hoped to finish the job and combine some trips in the same area. But because of Ron's great attitude and personality he is making another trip!. Thanks Ron for being so thorough and pleasant through this job. Ron did a great job fixing the panel on the stove and now has to make still another trip to replace a bulb that should have been in the package with another part. Thank You so Much for your efforts. I also feel that the cost for repairs was fair. Thank you for your efforts Ron! Keep up the good work! The company is lucky to have you!

He arrived and fixed my refrigerator in 30 minutes, a little expensive for me, but it definitely beats having to purchase a whole new appliance. My refrigerator had stopped cooling and I had not notice the temperature was dropping till two days after, yes once all my freezer items had thawed out I didn't want to deal with the hassle of looking for the replacement and have to wait for shipping etc. As I was already frustrated having to throw everything away. Glad he was able to diagnose and fix all in the same day! Thank you mike for your great service! Definitely recommend.

Last month, the dishwasher stopped working and Mike diagnosed the problem, sourced and then replaced the water valve at a fair price and we were back in business. This past week, water stopped flowing again and we feared valve failure or something worse. Mike was at our house the next day, on time and within 10 minutes of arriving had diagnosed the problem (I learned a little trick to fix it, too) and had the thing working perfectly again. He could not have been kinder and wouldn't take anything for the service. I am a customer for life and will recommend Hot & Cold to anyone. Thanks, MIke! Sincerely, Alan

I called a local appliance store to work on my LG refrigerator and they referred me to Andrew at…read moreArts Repair. Andrew arrived at my house, not in a company truck with no logos etc. He stated that he could diagnose my refrigerator and get it up and working. We called LG for a new compressor and a new memory board that was under warranty (free) from LG. It was shipped directly to my house. Andrew and a friend came back with hardly any tools needed for the job and replaced both items. I paid him $500! My refrigerator worked for a few weeks then stopped cooling. I called Andrew and after many attempts and days passed he got back to me. He came back and put additional coolant in the compressor and left. It never worked and after multiple weeks of texting and calling he never got back to me. I had a different repair company come out and that technician fixed the problem within two hours. He used a computer to update the memory board (something Andrew never did). This repair person told me all the things that Andrew and Arts Repair didn't do properly and just skipped in his workmanship. DO NOT USE ARTS APPLIANCES. Lack of customer service! Lack of trust. It seemed shady when he showed up and I should have gone with my gut and not used them. I called the local appliance store that told me about Arts Appliance (Andrew) and notified them of the situation. They stated that they should not have recommended Arts Appliance because it's a company policy not to refer business to other companies even if it is an LG. They told me that was their 2nd call of the day regarding Arts Appliance and the same scenario.
