This the company with the part that Brian stated can't be found and needed to be rebuilt. The same company on the estimate.

Antifreeze doesn't convert to water! My son flushed the radiator and replaced the engine coolant. He then gave me the car to drive and I've had it about a year and a half. When the rear brakes needed to be repaired, I just stopped driving because I didn't trust mechanics. My son lives out of state so I started taking LYFT everywhere. That was better than getting cheated by a mechanic. As I was taking a LYFT to the airport, I was telling the driver about my car situation and my lack of trust I have with mechanics. She swore by Brian at Qualified Automotive; his trustworthiness and fair prices so I decided to give Brian a try and I'd never been so pleased with a mechanic. I referred many people to Qualified Automotive. In April of this year, Brian serviced the a/c. It was perfect! By June, the air wasn't blowing cold so I took it back to Brian. I waited about an hour for him to check it out. He said that he drove the car 3 different times and a/c works fine. When I drove the car home, the a/c worked fine, as he stated. In July of this year, the car overheated on the freeway. The little gadget that my son has in the car that gives a diagnostic report said that it's "misfiring". The a/c that Brian serviced in April and June of this year had also stopped working. I called Brian and he told me to bring it in. When I arrive at 10:00 AM, he said that his mechanic had to leave and to bring the car back. He stated that he couldn't service the a/c that day either. When I took the car back to Brian, he had me sit in the waiting area. Later he came in to tell me that the a/c needed a hose and that he had to order it. He also stated that he wanted to repair the misfire condition on the same day that he serviced the a/c and that he would call me when the hose arrived. After a week, I hadn't heard from Brian so I called to see if he received the hose for the a/c. He stated that it's in route from Texas and that he'd let me know when it arrived. The following week I called Brian but no answer and he didn't return my calls. I decided to call Brian from a different number and he answered. He stated that the place where he ordered the hose didn't have the hose. Evidently, he forgot that he told me that the hose was in route from Texas. He went on to say the he needed to send my a/c hose out to be rebuilt since he can't find one anywhere. I knew that Brian was not being honest for two reasons. One, he previously stated that the part was in route from Texas. Two, I had already searched the part when Brian gave me the estimate in writing ( see photo). On September 27th, I decided to let Brian know that I knew that he was lying. I sent a text with a picture of the part to show him that I'd already searched the part. The reason I'm writing this review is not because Brian gave me the run around and lied but because the mechanic who replaced the ignition coils and spark plugs to correct the misfire, changed the oil and flushed the radiator (while I was watching), pointing out that the radiator was full of water. He had me stick my finger in the mouth of the radiator and it was nothing but water. While he was draining it, I was hoping to see some green liquid come out but that wasn't the case. After the mechanic finished everything, I called my son to tell him that the car probably overheated because there was no engine coolant in the radiator. That's when he told me that he, himself filled the radiator with antifreeze before he gave me the car to drive. That's why I changed my review from 5 stars to one. I can only wonder what Brian was going to do to the car if I had taken it in for him to "send the hose out to be rebuilt". Are a/c hoses even rebuilt?

Don and Brian have been taking good care of my 15-year old car for years. They have done a great job. My car looks and acts about like new. They are reasonably priced, too! They have great service here, I recommend them.

They came out to my residence quickly and replaced a faulty crankshaft sensor on my 2004 CLK500, saving me the hassle and cost of a tow. Their pricing was extremely cheap and completely transparent -- I saved over $1,000 compared to what the Mercedes dealership quoted me. Their service advisor, Karina, was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on the technician's arrival. They gave me a 3-hour window and delivered right on time with impressive punctuality. Overall, I highly recommend Miguel's Mobile Mechanic to anyone looking for honest, low-cost, and reliable service for their vehicle. Exceptional experience from start to finish!

We thought we'd picked up a dependable car, a 2013 Nissan Altima. We found out afterwards it needed quite a bit of work, including a catalytic converter. We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. Passion Auto was our next choice and the quotes for the various services were spot on with what my research showed they should be. They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

I specifically asked them if there were any other leaks and they assured me it was just that. I brought my car in to get fixed and once it was "fixed" I drove it back home which is less than 5 miles. Once I turned on my car again to use it started shaking a lot I was concerned because I just got it fixed. So I took it back to this auto repair because they had fixed it to begin with. Once they checked it they said the water pump is leaking. I asked them why didn't they tell me it was leaking before they fixed my gas blank they told me nothing was wrong with it before but now it is. How?? I only drove it less than 10miles! They wanted to charge me another 1k ! How do they fix a leak and give back the car with a brand new leak? I told them if they can please see if we can work something out because it was strange that all of a sudden it has a new problem. They said they'd get back to me. They never got back to me they just ghosted me. 2015 Audi A6

Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. He has such an incredible personality, is patient and overall, has a down to earth demeanor that is a RARITY (and refreshing to see) in this city. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. We will definitely continue to use, as well as recommend Jon to friends and family. Thanks Jon! BTW: The Rooster, with his leather jacket on, says hi. :D

Miraculously, they found a whole bunch of other things that needed work that wasn't mentioned at all during the last oil change just 5000 miles before, done at the same dealership. Their quote to complete all that work was just under $7000, with just 1 "photo". I work in auto insurance and know car parts and that photo was so close you could barely tell what "damage" there was. I also didn't appreciate that the service advisor talked down to me like I was completely clueless. Took it to Roberto at Diego's and he took a look at everything Toyota claimed. He also took a look at the work Toyota claimed they did. He allowed you to actually look at everything he was pointing out so you could actual confirm everything he was saying needed to be fixed. Some of the work Toyota claimed they did was either not done at all or not done well and should be redone. Also, some of the work Toyota claimed was completely false and showed you exactly why. After his review my amount went down to less than $2000 to fix my car. Much more affordable and I actually believe him and he explained enduring without talking down to me.
