She said they would not accept return of the incorrect seats and it was my problem. When I explained the trolling motor they said was in good working order had overheated & shorted out. She hung up on me. They all acted like a trustworthy family business but definitely don't care about their customers or conducting business in a reputable manner. Don't even consider going there. I am not looking for a warranty on my purchase, only to receive what was agreed upon prior to sale, MAYCHING FABRIC SEAT REPLACEMENTS $900 value. Aleica wouldn't accept a return complaining of return shipping costs and hanging up on me instead of working towards a resolution.

We have been their customers a couple of times and never been disappointed. We rented the boat a few weeks in advance and stillnhad a large pontoon boat still available. They were very friendly on the phone to answer all my questions and set up the reservation. The rental for 6hr is a bit pricey but very reasonable. On the day of our reservation, we get there to find a very clean "new looking" pontoon boat that can seat 12 people. We wanted to go tubing on it and had to buy the tube for it. We brought our own water ski rope from a previous outing but the employee couldn't get it setup for us with our own rope, which took a bit of time. After a while, the manager told them to use one of theirs, no charge and gave us 20 extra min since it took so long to set the rope. That was very nice. The staff was very kind and very patient with all of us. They gave us the "extra pickle" of customer service which you don't find at some places, sadly. I will come back here every time I go to Brookville Lake, IN. TIP: Can buy bait there but not a fishing license. Can purchase online through your phone. It was $7 when I purchased a one day pass.

Service was a little spotty, but they were very busy and it has a relaxed atmosphere, so it was fine. Good crowd of nice people and families, not too snooty or pretentious. I was seated on the outside patio that was so relaxing and had an excellent view of the lake and all of the boats buzzing around on the lake. Boat rentals are available and pretty affordable.

On my first visit the salesman was extremely helpful in taking me to the boats I had found on their…read morewebsite and wanted to see. He pointed out things wrong with two of the boats. One boat had some severe scape marks along a corner weld that I could not see from the photos. He advised me to keep looking and keep checking their inventory as it is updated daily, if needed, and usually they had additions to their pre-owned inventory weekly. But after two months of checking I'm not seeing much new inventory. On one of those two boats we opened the bow storage compartments and the stench of cat urine was overwhelming. The sales person said there was a family of cats living in it. Combined with a nasty scrape on the hull's corner weld the salesman said the boat would probably never sell. However, it did sell about a month later. I wanted to buy that boat and I was going to suggest they rip out the carpet to get rid of the smell. But I was too late, I guess. They should have offered to do it the day I was there looking at the boat. But really; how hard would it have been to fix that before we ever looked at the boat? I did a "Request Info" from their website for the towing weight of one of the used boats for sale from their pre-owned inventory. They did not answer my question, only invited me to come in to the showroom. Since it is an hour drive for me that was not an option to get the answer to my one question. I've since given up trying to purchase a boat. I'll just continue to rent them.
