Lots of dogs typically around 5 (apparently... today was my first time here with my dog but I spoke to a few people) Yes... there is an entry fee of $5 and proof of vaccination IS required. If you find the park to your liking, as long as your dog is up to date on vaccination, you are eligible for a one year membership which is only $40, the $40 will be good for up to 3 dogs that are your own (meaning, you don't have to pay $40 per dog if you have more than 1). I spoke to the lady who runs the park- she is very very sweet. She told me there is a Facebook group called Maryland dog park community. It seems there's lots of pictures and videos and events posted in this account, all from this location. I'm looking forward to getting this membership and bringing my pup here! If anyone were to catch a stick it would probably be me, because a little kid saw me at the park and got very frightened and threw a stick at me. Food is ok, not great, wraps and flatbread pizzas (a shareable size). Go the pizza path. They have a small section for little dogs, which is great, but usually quite dead. We usually opt for the main area, in the summer water basins (kind of like a doggie plunge pool) and ice cube drops are staples. The dogs love it. While their staff is EXCEPTIONAL, they keep an eye on dog's safety and are on top of cleanliness, Bark Social still comes with the common pains of your standard dog park. A little more so, as some patrons leave a little too much responsibility with the staff to monitor dogs. No dog toys allowed. Overall, always have a blast here. Highly recommend a visit. I lugged a gallon bottle of water & my 3 dogs drank half of it after 30 mins there. After an hour, it was completely empty bc other dogs had come & were thirsty also. 3) There was a couple who brought an UNALTERED MALE PIT BULL to the park. HE WAS AGGRESSIVE & it was clear he was not the type to play with other dogs. They brought them to the other pen & he was trying to eat my puppy through the chain link fence. I chose this park for my walk/jog last Saturday and I liked that it wasn't too packed at the time. There were groups of people exercising and there were others solo like me! It's not a big park, but still plenty of room for everyone! I couldn't quite remember the entrance for parking so I ended up parking by the Chidos restaurant. I saw others parked there and heading toward the park so I figured it was fine. Also it wasn't during business hours either so I wasn't worried.
