I was at Hickory Grove for a short time before a major move. The apartment, in a complex surrounded…read moremostly by green fields, was spacious, clean, quiet, and convenient. The little fitness center was very handy on bad weather days when I couldn't exercise outdoors. When I called to report a chirping smoke alarm, a courteous service person was there to replace it within five minutes. All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional from the day I first inquired about vacancies to the day I checked out. I'll consider myself lucky if my next apt. (In Washington State) is half as good!

The application process was not complicated and they were very accommodating with allowing me to view multiple properties. I was shocked and ecstatic that I was approved and the move in process was a breeze. I lived on the first floor, there is a laundry room and extra storage spaces for each building with maintenance onsite, which is amazing. The utilities and cable/Wi-Fi services are included. I could not ask for anything more. I am from a big city and it was nice finding a housing management company close to what I was use to in other states. They upkeep the building very nicely, you can pay your rent online with no hassle, I moved out and got my deposit back (they weren't slimy or scamming to keep my money- I definitely cleaned the apartment and returned everything in a timely fashion). If I had not bought a house, I would never have moved from this place. I would recommend them to anyone. Great company.

I had neck surgery recently and was unable to keep up with the deep cleaning and it got away from me. This was my first time hiring cleaners bc I'm a little OCD about things and I have trouble trusting strangers in my home. They managed to clean every inch of this place, walls, windows, vents, baseboards, toilets, tubs, floors, carpet, oven, and everything in between. Everything is absolutely spotless! They even managed to get this stubborn stain out of my tub. I cannot rant and rave enough about the quality of work they do! Besides being practically flawless at what they do, the cost is unbelievably affordable. It was so affordable I actually told them they should charge even more, bc WOW. I was afraid bc they weren't YELP Guaranteed but you don't need that guarantee with them. If you're looking for help organizing and cleaning, do yourself a favor and just hire Dee's Decluttering Co. you can't beat them! I will definitely be having them come back to help me organize some other things.
