I was at Hickory Grove for a short time before a major move. The apartment, in a complex surrounded…read moremostly by green fields, was spacious, clean, quiet, and convenient. The little fitness center was very handy on bad weather days when I couldn't exercise outdoors. When I called to report a chirping smoke alarm, a courteous service person was there to replace it within five minutes. All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional from the day I first inquired about vacancies to the day I checked out. I'll consider myself lucky if my next apt. (In Washington State) is half as good!

I have lived at the Village Apartments in Horseheads from March 2021 until October 2022. From the…read morevery beginning I felt at ease with this establishment. The application process was not complicated and they were very accommodating with allowing me to view multiple properties. I was shocked and ecstatic that I was approved and the move in process was a breeze. I lived on the first floor, there is a laundry room and extra storage spaces for each building with maintenance onsite, which is amazing. The utilities and cable/Wi-Fi services are included. I could not ask for anything more. I am from a big city and it was nice finding a housing management company close to what I was use to in other states. They upkeep the building very nicely, you can pay your rent online with no hassle, I moved out and got my deposit back (they weren't slimy or scamming to keep my money- I definitely cleaned the apartment and returned everything in a timely fashion). If I had not bought a house, I would never have moved from this place. I would recommend them to anyone. Great company.

They sell high quality American made furniture, but their prices are competitive with the cheap Asian stuff sold by chain stores. Our experience was great, from the very beginning with Cicely (our sales rep) to the two courteous and careful delivery guys, and the office staff for their follow-up communication. Everyone worked at professional level. Thank you. Joe K., Waneta Lake and Elmira, NY

When the delivery people came, they didn't wipe their feet or wear booties like every other delivery people have. I was scrubbing mud off of my white chair while they were bringing in the other items. They saw me and said nothing. As they were carrying the base of the bed upstairs, they smashed a chunk of the edge of an archway going upstairs. They were bringing it back to the truck and decided to try again. I later found out how they did it. I noticed part of the cloth was hanging down from the base and one of the boards that frame the entire thing, was split into two. There was also mud on my mattress that I had to clean. They were sloppy and reckless and had no regard for the situation. I also had to clean mud off of my walls and other things in my house. I didn't realize the extent of the damage right away so nothing could be done. Customer service is minimal at best. If you are looking for good service in any way, this is not the place to go.

Came out to fix it again with caulk and it's still leaking. I would never use this roofer again. Their warranty isn't worth the piece of paper it's printed on. Be advised not to use this company. I need to pay another roofer to fix their mistakes. Only use this company if you want to throw money away. Definitely 0 stars Would have liked to work with you but you never returned my calls, after multiple calls to your office and Carl. By the way ask Carl if he sent those pictures to me yet. He said he would send them after he fixed the roof which still was leaking a day after. Still waiting for those pictures. Avoid this roofer!!!
