The lady doing my nails made me bleed. She cut me several times and then proceeded to put rubbing alcohol on those cuts. I asked for a beige french tip. She put on the nail tips, then the acrylic, and then told me to go pay. She didn't even paint them. Don't go here. read more

Very unprofessional!!! Do NOT give them any of your time since they will only waste it! They said they had time for a manicure but after waiting 1 HOUR, they told me they did not have time because of appointments! This salon is the best place I have ever been to for a mani/pedi. The spa pedicures are in a league of their own and my nails always look perfect when I leave. My gel nails last for weeks. This should be a negative 100 score if that were possible. The most PAINFUL experience getting my nails done ever. I made the mistake of going here without looking at reviews. I arrived for a fill. I was told I needed an entire new set. It took literally one hour for the lady to take the previous acrylic off. And I had to rip my hand back and screeched OUCH! involuntarily multiple times, which I have never done when getting nails done before. I've never had pain during a manicure before. The lady said multiple times "you're sensitive". I'm not the problem lady, YOU ARE! Which is obviously evidenced by the other reviews on here saying how painful it was and that they bled. I also had bleeding multiple times. This whole process took 2 hours, which it should not have! This place is also right next to kickboxing and you can hear everything single kick those people make through the wall. Overall barbaric and miserable experience. I never write reviews but this was such a horrific experience I want to spread the word not to go here. This place should not be in business. read more

Walked in the door at 1:45. Picked my color as told to do and was seated at a station. An hr and a half passed before I was told someone would we with me shortly. Was told 3 more people in front of me now. Maybe they had appointments but I should have been told there were appointments coming in after I had arrived instead of letting me sit. I just left here and immediately had to run and write this review. I am shedding tears over my nails.... Never in my life have I paid $55 for dip!!!!! I had to soak off my old dip in small dirty acetone cups. I am used to at least a medium sized bowl that I can stick all 10 fingers in but they could have at least gave me a sanitized bowl.. She even pulled out a dirty medicine cup to put one fingernail in. I am leaving with a ton of sticky dip residue all over my fingers. The shape is not right my cuticles are flooded. Every time I asked her to fix something, they talked bad about me. Just because I can't speak your language does not mean I am stupid!!! I just cannot believe my experience.... I went back in after paying to verify the amount, and she did say that was correct. After everything and her realizing that I am not happy, why did I not receive at least half of my money back? Instead, I get to cry my way home about wasted money. I came for the support of a friend. I didn't necessarily have the money to blow on bad service. Would not recommend. Rude to customers and it's obvious they are talking about clients. I had an ombré French manicure and I told the lady 3 times I wanted short nails. My nails were ridiculously long. I told her they were too long and she said they look good you wear gloves they last longer. So today I went back and told her I needed them cut down, her response was, you didn't take the time to get use to them. They are still too long but whatever. I arrived at this nail salon and told them I wanted a manicure- they told me to pick a color and led me to a chair/manicure station. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked one of the women working when will my manicure start.... she told me five minutes. I said five more minutes I've already been waiting 20..... she said she didn't notice the time and said ten more minutes..... 30 minute wait for a manicure and not many people there. Next time you should tell a customer for the wait will be half hour or long .... I left not wanting to spend all that time. Won't be going back. read more

I am new to the area and went to get my nails done, a mani& pedi. The type of nails that I get is s&s(dip powder). These type of nails normally last a month I or two, within a day they started breaking off and ruining my nails. Not pleased at all. I asked for a pink and white fill, and what I received was shellac over acrylic nails. Normally when I get them done, they have the cutter tool to refill with a new color...same fresh color, etc. I asked the person doing my nails about this, and she said she will make them look pretty. It's terrible. I can see the old purple in the ends and bottom of my nails, the nails are uneven, and some have scuffs. $33 for that! read more

Not very good service. I had a shellack done, and my nails were left jagged. The man I had was on the phone almost the whole time. He was paying attention to his computer next to him more then my nails that I PAID him for. There was little convo other then him talking on his phone, and we were not aware that they do not accept checks, which affected our way of paying. Terrible! Never going back! read more

One star... I would give this place zero if i could. The woman who got her nails done before had been there two hours, and her fingers were stained blue. The same woman did my nails, and she was extremely rude. I asked her to see the colors, and she acted like I was a major inconvenience. Then, I asked for almond shaped nails. She gave me an extremely sharp point. I asked her to round off the tips a little bit, and she scolded me. Those are only a couple of the rude things she did and said to me the whole hour I was there. And she didn't even do a good job! My nails ended up being thick and jagged, and a day later there were already bubbles in them. She also gave me several hangnails when buffing, and she didn't fix them. She also made two of my fingers bleed. This wasn't a one time thing, either. Last time I was here, I saw one of the nail techs scolding a small child. Needless to say, I will not be returning. read more
