They had very thick Filipino accents not only that they overcharge me for several months and they told me I owed them an additional $171 for the month of May which I already paid. They are nuts. Connection is good unless there's a problem and there's always a problem. Spectrum now has the same equipment and they are much better and cheaper. Go with them instead.
