I do not like going to the Cleveland Clinic ER in Vero Beach when my doctor has no appointments to see me for even for an acute condition, because it's usually very crowded. Unless you are dying you will see a nurse practitioner which is fine, but they also charge you a facility fee which this Urgent Care does not. At the Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Vero Beach you will wait there up to 4-5 hours to be seen unless you are dying. I like this urgent care and the people that work here. I'm glad it's here in Sebastian.

I didn't want to drive die to the injury. During the drive, I virtually checked in. It took about 5 minutes. Doing so, I did not have to fill out any paperwork there. Everything was electronically submitted including insurance cards and virtual signatures of all of the forms. I thought all of the staff were very kind, friendly and competent. They did what had to be done for my injury , and I was on my way. I was shocked to see how many people have a negative view of this practice. This is my third time here, and I have never had any issue and have received excellent care. Some complain about a wait, but that's to be expected if there are people ahead of you and you want quality care. I was seen timely based on the number of people ahead of me every time. Ultimately, I have had several positive interactions here and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thats my 2¢, , for those that remember that rating system!

As it has finally come out that I am not the only one he has "inappropriately touch" and "harassed" I don't feel alone or scared to come out about the way he acted with me during a visit. I was sent to east side urgent care for a work incident back in 2023. Upon arrival the receptionist was very nice but asking for my credit card was a little weird in which I refused to give since it was a workers comp incident. When placed into a room dr.o came in closed the door pulled a chair up in front in which is grabbed my ankles and placed my feet on his lap pulling himself in closer which was a very uncomfortable situation for me. Dr.o asked what I was in for that day and I explained I hurt myself at work and needed my wrist to be checked so I can return to work. During him checking my wrist he pressed his junk against my leg and was swaying back and forth. I asked him to stop he backed up. And then had his hands on my upper thigh and asked me "do you think I don't know how to do my job?" I told him that I wasn't questioning his ability to do his job but he was making me uncomfortable with his actions and pressing himself up against me. He then gripped my thigh hard and started rubbing the inside of my thighs than said "then shut up and let me do my job" at that moment I pushed him back and walked out the office trembling. I was scared confused and felt disgusted with myself. Any females out there please do not go to this urgent care your sickness and safety is not in this doctors best interest he will force himself on you talk down to you. Called ahead to make sure they could care for our 4 year old son after explaining our situation. He…read morehad a bad cut on his finger tip and needed X-rays, wound care + stitches. From the beginning, care was very unprofessional. The nurse(?) asked if he needed stitches (as if we would know) and made my husband and I hold the water bowl and our screaming toddler's hand in a bowl to soak while she left the room. The water dripped all out and we couldn't even get his wound efficiently cleaned. When she was explaining the process of stitches to us, she looked at my husband and said "you look strong, you'll have to really use your force and hold him down" and told me because I'm pregnant I wouldn't be able to help at all. The whole process sounded horrifying and was handled very unprofessionally. After having X-rays and being there an hour, the doctor comes in and says "so, do we have a cut?"..... after we've been there for an hour being assessed because of a cut that won't stop bleeding... YES we have a cut? Anyways, they referred us to Nemours hospital in Orlando and ultimately we wasted our time coming here first. They took 3 xray photos, and only provided us with 1 so we had to redo X-rays as the hospital. So thankful we did not let them perform the stitches, it would have been terrible! I had so much pain when I walked into this urgent care and thought I'd have to wait a long time, but they were so quick and helpful in getting me checked in and through their doors. When I left, I felt 100% better. The nurses, doctors, and staff here are so knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful, they gave me the confidence that I'll be OK. Which is more than I can say for the other urgent care centers in the area. The clinic is also very clean, hygienic, well equipped and very inviting.
