The company has been trying to contact him for months and he will not answer, when i told him about it he told me he will have it paid in 2-3 days. When I tried following up with him after he stopped replying to my text and still does not answer his phone. This is a horrible business, if you are currently getting work done do NOT fully pay him until you know all material he used is paid for! We also ordered a pizza oven we paid for and he said would have within two week which was in NOVEMBER the pizza oven never came he offered a refund I told him yes I want one because it was already January at that point he said he would give one but when it always comes down to it he starts to ghost me and not respond to text or calls. Now let's talk about the work, he did get majority of the work done then on November 22 his last day here he said he'll be back next week to clean up and do the final work and he never showed up again. He wouldn't respond for weeks then say he'll be here on a certain day then the same thing again. He left a mess soda cans and other trash along with the all the debris from work he done left poles he used for irrigation and chipped some of my cement while setting up turf. After paying thousands of dollars in work last thing you should be doing is cleaning up the mess left behind!! In the process of doing the kitchen island he and his workers stained my cement up with with concrete, he also left chunks of concrete thru the property even poured concrete on my trees roots. The islands trash can is crooked, there's gaps where the appliances are the stove top doesn't lay flat. I brought all that up to him and nothing has been done. Communication was great at first he seemed like a good guy but I do not recommend this company Joseph Garzon did not pay for materials used now my house has a lien and he is dodging all calls. Quality: The quality of the work is acceptable. Some of the stuff (360 sprinkler) stopped working but it's acceptable as I was promised 1 year of warranty post completion of the project. Service: Whats that!!!? Joseph promised one year of warranty and service after completion of the project. He never came back to complete the project. Communication: Again Joseph haven't answered my calls in almost an year, so that should answer the level of communication you can expect. Communication unresponsiveness started from Jospeh started when we paid him advance money. Joseph would look straight in your eyes, shake your hand and promise you that he will be back with his whole team the next day, but it will not happen. Costing: Pablo provided an extremely aggressive quote! In some cases a few grand cheaper than competitors. Price agreement : Pablo is understanding and open to conversations about cost. The detailed itemized price proposal made it easy to inquire about things like types of turf and how to be more cost efficient with the amount of cement we wanted. Project Review: once we agreed on the project, Pablo and his dad came out one more time to make sure we were aligned on the project, which was helpful. Installation: We had a couple of days delay because of the recent rain but Pablo gave me a heads up the week before that they were going to keep an eye on the weather and would start as quickly as possible. The project itself took 4 days to complete for roughly 1300 sq feet of cement and 800 sq ft of turf. Pablo and his dad were both out here personally installing the concrete and turf. They even installed a door leading to my backyard at no additional cost. Result: we are extremely happy with the result and how great it makes my front and backyard look. From the beginning, it was evident that the workers lacked attention to detail and failed to follow the meticulously designed plan. Despite our efforts to guide them, they consistently overlooked crucial elements, never acknowledged the drawn out plan, leading to numerous mistakes that required immediate corrections. The lack of adherence to the plan extended to the installation of our sprinkler system, which was carelessly set up without any consideration for the plants' specific needs and often created puddles and holes. As a result, we ended up with dead or drowning vegetation. Moreover, the soil was left untouched and devoid of the necessary amendments that we had provided, resulting in a rampant weed problem. The promised tilling and fertilization were never carried out, leading to the rapid deterioration of the grass we had hoped to establish. The subpar quality of the work extended to the placement of the gravel, which was chosen without our input and was poorly executed and is now full of weeds, this is after Jorge argued that his method of prep for gravel is the best. The border placed in our yard fell over and looked terrible as it was completely warped and crooked. Despite promises to rectify these issues, they remained unresolved, leaving our landscape looking cheap and unkempt. The incompetence continued beyond the initial installation. Despite consistent weekly service, the quality of the work was highly inconsistent. They would only spend a few minutes at the house, hedges were left untrimmed, and shockingly, brand-new plants were mistakenly raked up or planted incorrectly, resulting in significant financial losses on our part. The negligence and lack of professionalism displayed by Jorge's Landscaping Services were astonishing. Communicating with Jorge himself proved to be a daunting task. His communication skills were abysmal, with nonsensical texts and an overall disregard for our concerns. He would show up at random times without warning. The promised fixes and repairs were delayed repeatedly, with multiple excuses and no-shows. When he finally agreed to address the issues, he abruptly shifted the conversation towards charging us additional fees, despite having acknowledged his mistakes previously. The last my husband spoke with Jorge about the work needing to be done Jorge actually yelled at him and hung up on him citing our cancellation of yard service as a reason not to fix the work. His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. In conclusion, our experience with Jorge's Landscaping Services has been a complete disaster. The careless and shoddy workmanship, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior have left us with an unsightly landscape and a significant financial loss. We strongly advise others to seek alternative options for their landscaping needs to avoid the headache and disappointment we endured with this company.
