Quality: The quality of the work is acceptable. Some of the stuff (360 sprinkler) stopped working but it's acceptable as I was promised 1 year of warranty post completion of the project. Service: Whats that!!!? Joseph promised one year of warranty and service after completion of the project. He never came back to complete the project. Communication: Again Joseph haven't answered my calls in almost an year, so that should answer the level of communication you can expect. Communication unresponsiveness started from Jospeh started when we paid him advance money. Joseph would look straight in your eyes, shake your hand and promise you that he will be back with his whole team the next day, but it will not happen. He took my simple boring plan and helped me to see what my space could be. My plans would have made it the same boring that I was previously doing on my own. Joseph was also able to fix my concerns about always having a lot of maintenance and having to fidget with sprinklers all the time. He put in a retaining wall and built flower beds with drip irrigation. He walked the nursery to help me pick the plants I wanted and some I didn't even know I wanted; I really love them all now.
