Brad was excellent to work with. He listens to what you are envisioning and works with you to make it a reality, offering helpful suggestions for things that you might not have considered. They Came out the following week to check it out and take measurements and notes. Said we would hear back within 2 weeks for price and design draw up and now it's nearly December and still have not heard a word. No estimates, no calling to say they aren't able to do the job.
