We ordered 4 meals, 2 being kids. Chris served us and helped us through our entire order. Offering a better 'bang' for our buck. Our order was perfect. Super fast, super helpful, and so so kind. Keep up the great work! read more

Work on customer service. Food is always amazing but when it comes to my experience in the establishment I would like to feel welcome, not rushed.. read more

Very average experience. Steak tacos weren't too bad, but something was off about the taste of the pico. Chips were meh. Guacamole was good. Somewhat expensive. Workers didn't seem to care, but also whoever made our food really put thought into how he prepared it. In the end it was a little pricey. I just think the food wasn't for me. read more

Always had solid food here. Had a few rougher experiences with service but I've had even more positive ones. Always a top choice for me.

Had a great meal at Qdoba. I don't understand the poor rating here. Lots of these reviews are ancient lol! I got a steak salad bowl and it was perfect. I got both dressings on the side to try, and while both were good, the lime citrus vinaigrette was super yummy. The whole thing was on par w a much more expensive salad at a table-service place. The value menu steak burrito, quesadilla, and the new brisket burrito also got high marks! The chips were fresh and thin. Everything was very fresh & high quality. Service behind the counter was fine, too. I'd certainly go back when I was in area. read more

Worst customer service ever, they sat on the side and didn't finish the bowl for 20 minutes. Could've gotten out faster at a sit down restaurant! read more

They're very rude and serve the food extremely sloppy! It's crazy how they rush you and have these kids working who could care less about being there! Your best bet is too avoid at all times and go to chipotle! read more

QDOBA Mexican Eats - How does that even look good - Mexican Near Me - Saginaw, Michigan

This location really fell off. Everything is bland, no matter how many ingredients you add you won't be able to differentiate between any of them. Made an online order recently and when I got home it was missing shredded cheese, queso, salsa, and sour cream - so quite literally the driest burrito bowl ever, all I could taste throughout the entire thing was the canned black bean juice from the un-rinsed beans. Had to toss it - filed two complaints on the app (first one was ignored as well as the second). So just in general the company doesn't seem to care about it's customers. Wont be back, I'll make the drive to Moe's which is miles better. read more

Yo my burrito was perfect today. Qdoba is always fire and especially today 9/17 at 12:30. Made perfect and wrapped even better, washing it down with a Jarritos! New menu items look good too, I'll need to break from usual chicken queso burrito and try them. Staff is always fast and friendly here. Thank you! read more

I have officially lost my Qdoba V-card today! Overall, it was a memorable experience that I will tell my grandchildren in the future. Who in turn will tell there grandchildren. My main objective complaint and reason for a 4/5 was the fact that the "hot" sauce was in fact NOT hot. I'm not mad... just disappointed... read more

I loved Qdoba. Every time I order the soup for delivery it's messed up. Either no soup at all, or it's packed with the tortilla strips resulting in a soggy mess. It's not that hard. I used to work at a Qdoba. Come on. read more

Lazzy staff, they don't care about you. They would rather stand around and talk to each other than wait on paying customers.

This is a chain, but it provided a vegetarian dinner in a place where I wasn't sure it would be easy to find one, for less than $10 and 15 minutes. The food is a cut above Taco Bell, with your choice of multiple salsas, type of beans, etc.; the cheese isn't yellow; the sour cream isn't so full of gelatin/gums that it stands up; and the guacamole tastes like guacamole with real bits of avocado. It's the Panera of Americanized Mexican food. I had the "naked" grilled burrito. Next time I might get the plain burrito so the cheese has more of an opportunity to melt. They have some interesting options - poblano pesto? While I appreciated the guacamole, the food failed to grab me. Perhaps it was the assembly line approach; the ingredients didn't really mesh. Still, the overall quality is good, the grilled vegetables were tasty, and finding a place that spelled out which entrees were vegetarian and which weren't in the middle of small-town Michigan was great. read more

Good food, fast and friendly. Almost $20 for two people to eat, so make sure you know this before going in so you won't have sticker shock. Taco Bell this is not! :) They do give you a lot for your money, so don't worry about being hungry an hour later. The restroom was pretty dirty though. I suggest they clean it more often, as I could tell no one was in there for at least a couple hours. read more

Get your head out of your @$$, QDOBA! Your online ordering was not working, so we called to place a large order only to be told, "We can't take orders over the phone." Great customer service, you just lost a $60 order and gave it to Chipotle. Nice work! read more

Very much like Chipotle. In fact, if Chipotle decided to sue, they may have a case. The entire restaurant was clean and well-lit. Floor to ceiling windows gave a good 270 degree view of the street and parking lot. Two entrances prevent traffic jams. The food is everything you'd expect from Chipotle. They also make it right in front of you, just like Chipotle. You can also get a tortilla-less burrito (for the carbohydrate conscious), just like chipotle. Some of the side dishes may be different (nachos, etc.) but otherwise, it's just like Chipotle. Price is reasonable. Didn't know it was a chain. I think I had a beef burrito with everything except extra avocado. The spicy salsa gives a little kick. Be careful because they may put on too much sour cream. Rice doesn't have as much butter as Chipotle but it's close. read more

Chipotle without the hipsters. Great place to prove your manliness by challenging a friend to see who can eat a burrito faster. They recently raised the prices a little bit, but now you get all the extras you want for free. They don't charge you $1.95 for a spoonful of guac like Chipolte does. You want veggies, 3 kinds of salsa, sour cream, and 3 kinds of cheese? Ask them to load it up, it won't cost you any extra. The tacos are tiny and basically a ripoff. Just buy a box of tacos from Taco Bell. Everyone that works here has a bad attitude. Not sure why. I don't really recommend eating a 2lb burrito but if you're going to, this isn't the worst spot to do it. I wish they would come up with a faster way to serve people because there's often a line and it moves slow. read more

Being a college student I'm always looking for a deal close to campus. On Wednesday nights after 4 this place comes second best to no one. $5 for an oversized overstuffed chicken burrito and a medium drink. You can't beat that! Oh, and it's amazing. I can't say I have ever tried anything different from here but I can say that I don't know anyone who has been disappointed with what they got. It's assembly line style so that makes it quick and you choose exactly what you want on it. Hot, medium or mild salsas... Choose wisely, the salsa makes all the difference! Very popular place, seems like its always pack and parking is always a challenge. If your looking for a cheap large meal I couldn't recommend anything different for a Wednesday night. read more

Every single time I go through the drive thru they mess up my order. I work in food service and understand mistakes but every single time?? Forgot my chips, a cookie, and my chicken was like charcoal. They have also forgotten to put rice, lettuce, and sour cream. I always pay and never complain but this is why I stick to chipotle. 0/10 do not recommend the Saginaw qdoba. read more

The women taking our order through the drive through was EXTREMELY rude to us. After we ordered 2 boritos, she asked how many more orders we had. They also forgot to give us forks and a straw. Very disappointed!!!! read more

Never an issue with the food, however as mentioned they have raised their prices a little. I have learned to stick with the burrito bowl or Quesadilla, and I am usually happy. However, depending on the time of day, you will meet some cold servers behind the glass. Sometimes you can give them a break when their is twenty in line, but other times you can't. Just take what you can get. Place works for me. Televisions with sports on usually, and good food. read more

I've been here for 25 min now trying to pick up an order and still don't have it. Stay away! I ate here twice. First time was decent enough but the second time was the worst meal ever. My roommate had a stone in her soup and my burrito was cold (not like warm...straight up cold). In a line prep like that, cold food = perfect breeding ground for food poisoning. I'd say maybe it was just that group of people working but do you really want to take that chance? read more

Ok - Think Taco Bell on steroids. The burritos are HUGE, but they also cost a lot. I love the idea of getting it made to order, but it honestly is almost too confusing. I like to pick from a pretty picture on the wall. The assumption that all visitors know how and what to order is simply false. Yes - I'll go back, but it is almost stressful trying to order something that everyone behind the counter acts like your an idiot for not knowing what each option is. I'd like a #6 Please! We had a very poor experience here. I had a chicken mango salad. The chicken was burned but still served. I thought perhaps it was black beans they were spooning on. The best parts of the salad were the mango salsa and the crispy tortilla bowl. My husband had tacos. His chicken was also burned. We won't go back. read more

Look, I love me some Qdoba. I go there a lot, but almost always to the Midland location. But this location just gives Qdobas everywhere a bad name, and they make it obvious that the chain is owned by Jack in the Box. The food here is almost always lukewarm at best, if not cold, which makes me nervous about food poisoning. The employees aren't very conscientious and there's always ingredients dripped into other containers, like one variety of salsa dripped into another. Special orders seem to confuse them. If you live in the area and can do so, drive the extra few miles and go to the Midland location; it's so much better, it doesn't even seem like the same restaurant chain. If you're not from the area, beware that this is not representative of Qdoba as a chain at all. And to the owners or managers of the Saginaw store, please invest in some light bulbs and clean up the soda dispensers once in a while. I always feel like I'm dining in a sticky cave when I eat here. read more

I love Qdoba, let me say that first and foremost! I was thrilled when they came out with a mini burrito bowl as I don't eat a whole lot and I've never had any type of issue ordering the mini burrito bowl before today. I stopped at the Saginaw location to grab one and the lady behind the line gave me a horrible attitude telling me it's a kids meal and they don't have a "mini burrito bowl" for adults. I asked if she could make it in a mini bowl. She proceeded and then continued to give me the tiniest little portions not even filling the bowl. Once I got to the register the lady asked me if I wanted chips for a side and I said, "no thank you" she then told me I had to pay for a side. I said, "okay, chips then" she then asked what I wanted to drink. I told her "I'm good on a drink, thank you" she then tells me I have to buy a drink as well because the mini burrito bowl is a kids meal. I asked her if she was the manager and when she said yes with a puff I let her know this is one of the rudest establishments I've ever been in and no thanked her for the food. Now I see multiple other reviews on their outrageously terrible customer service and I'm not surprised. Shame on this location, just shame. read more

Stingy Bastages! Tiny portions, cold food, not very tasty. The female employee literally scraped the bottom of a dried out guacamole bin and dumped it onto one of our burritos. I got a dirty look and a huffed up slam of the spoon when I declined that burrito and asked her to start another one with fresh ingredients. The tacos were so small they wouldn't have fed a two year old and everything was cold. They even charge extra for onions and peppers. Bleh... read more
