Stopped in yesterday, 5/6/26 to get the taco basket that I had delivered the previous day. There was a sign on the door that stated they didn't have tomatoes because of the price of how high they are. Didn't matter to me because I am not a major fan of tomatoes. When I go to place my order for the hard shell taco basket, I was told they didn't have hard shells. Now, maybe I'm mistaken, but I thought you literally fried soft corn shells to make hard shells. They weren't as good as the hard shells. That crunch was indeed missed. They have space for dining and it appears as thought they have a buffet as well. They have the best hardshell Taco basket. The waitresses are very friendly. It's definitely a mom and pops restaurant.

Got a takeout order. Chips were pretty good. All dinners come with standard beans & rice. Got the cubed beef Grande Taco. Basically a puffy taco. Was a bit too heavy & thick for me but the beef was pretty good. Taco salad was a bit small for $8. Probably try them again. read more

got there and parking lot was def sketchy but went in anyway. got to table and was dirty and server lady had to clean it. they had no cups left so we got plastic #savethewhales also chips and salsa cost money not free which was no bueno (spanish for no good) but got free refill. salsa came in squeeze bottles which was wack so it was more like tomato milk consistency. also no chicken for fajitas but they had it for chimichanga so idk so i got steak. also they didn't ask me if i wanted corn tortillas so i got flour but WHAT IF I WAS GLUTEN (i not). birthday party was happening at the buffet and it was popping, kinda jealous. they had some peanut butter just sitting out not sure if they had pbj or not idk man. finally they also had picture of abuela out so that made it more homely and i enjoyed decently. read more

Apparently this place has ties to Maria's clear on the other side of town. I don't know how true that is, but the food styles are very similar. The place is situated on a corner, where the main exit is a one way, which will take you straight onto the highway. So if you're not a local you might want to pull the GPS up before you take off. They have a buffet available and to-go ordering is a breeze. I am not a fan of the ground beef but the tamales covered in a little red sauce is nothing to sneeze at. At the end of the meal I was wanting for more, so this place doesn't make it into my normal rotation. read more

This place has always been here and always has been a great place for some quick Mexican food. The wet burritos are a must and Saginaw knows these are the best in town. The owner is very friendly and service can be slow sometimes but they are mom and pop so it's understandable. The chicken tacos are not bad either can't go wrong with a couple tacos. I called and placed a order for a wet burrito dinner and when I got home I had a taco dinner. I called and told them about it. They wanted me to drive back to Saginaw that day and I live in Bay City and to bring the meal back to them to replace it. I told the owner is there anyway I could get that replaced another day due to the fact that I live in Bay City. And she said well I need you to bring back the other meal. I'm thinking to myself what the fuck they just gonna throw it away anyways unless they gonna sell it to someone else or reuse the beans and rice for someone else since she was complaining about replacing the beans and rice if I got it another day, not that beans and rice cost alot. But the fact is it was their mistake and own up to it. And thanks for charging me more money for a hard shell taco dinner when I ordered a cube beef wet burrito dinner. Had lunch there last week. This was my first time eating here. Ordered the buffet and was very disappointed with the food. Everything on the buffet tasted the same and was all extremely bland... no herbs, no spices, and no seasoning. Unless the taste of food is drastically changed and improved, I will never return. read more

If there was a way for a NAGATIVE STAR I would have selected it!!! we went there on lunch and advised the girl we only had an hour. She said "no problem" we ordered and after 40 minutes of waiting had to ask for the food to be boxed. There was only 3 tables when we walked in, we made #4 and we only had 3 people. Food was OK. The location is a bit off the beaten path, and it isn't in the prettiest area of Saginaw. I probably wouldn't go there alone after dark because its kinda sketchy and I'm paranoid. The interior is fairly basic, but has lots of room for large groups. The service is pretty okay, and varies depending on who waits on your table. It's a bit awkward when the family is in and sits around. You feel like they're watching you eat or something. All of that aside, the food is great. It's as authentic as it gets for this area. They do regular menu items as well as a taco buffet on occasion. It's like going to your abuela's house for a traditional family dinner. Their catering is delicious too! read more

Food is ok, close to authentic you can get around here, but, takes TOO long for an order. Went one time, ordered our drinks, waitress made a beeline to the jukebox!! The food is good. The problem I have is every time I go there the food is never the same price. I usually always get the same order. This time I ordered the special $ 9.00 order of nachos . There was hardly any meat and cheese a lot of chips period and had more tomatoes and lettuce then anything was very disappointed. The food is completely authentic and I always love to drive out of my way to get their food. Some of the wait staff seems to be more rude and kept to themselves but the food makes up for it.
