I ordered food on QDOBA's website. The order on the outside of the bag came with my order and all the information was correct on the inside of the bag. We had somebody else's order with their name on it. When I called QDOBA to ask for another delivery, they said they couldn't do that and then I'd have to come there in person. To go there in person is 50 minutes round-trip. I asked if there was any way that they could put through the order or give me the credit on the app. They said no because they use a third-party. That is not acceptable as I used their website to order my food. If I used DoorDash and the food came incorrectly, They would give me a credit right away. My daughter and I needed a quick bite on the way to Milwaukee. This Qdoba was awesome and the staff is conscientious and polite. Even at the late hour of 8:45 PM the staff keeps a good attitude and just overall fantastic. The food was delicious and nicely loaded into our bowls. (My daughter and I had the bowl option.) Husband and I were starving on the way to Milwaukee, and we really needed a bite. Qdoba really delivered! We got burritos and they were so loaded that the contents started falling into the Qdoba bowl. We gobbled up the ingredients are so fresh, and they don't skimp on quantity like other places do: Chipotle, for example. (Sorry, bruh, but I sometimes walk out of Chipotle still a bit hungry..) Cool, decor, lighting men's room, ladies, room, and the counter behind the counter were great at suggesting what we could order if we wanted certain ingredients. For example, I wanted a street corn side, and of the people on the mainline said they could put the street corn inside right into my burrito! Great to get two huge burritos and a drink for about 23 bucks. We will stop here again next time we are in the area. Recommend. read more

The server was so unbelievably emotionless, the burrito was poorly constructed (broke, yet they still wrapped it) and parts of the rice was undercooked. Meaning I occasionally had to chew rice like half done spaghetti noodles. I have been a regular customer for years. However, this place has really gone downhill. I often order via the mobile app. As I was instructed, when I want to add something to my tacos that they don't offer on the app such as beans and rice, I put it in the name space. It's never been a problem. However, at least three times in a row now they have totally skipped those extra things and I end up coming home with basically cheese and sauce. The other issue is that when I order on the app and it tells me it's going to be ready at a certain time and I come in at that time it's never even been started. I was told today that they're supposed to take an order in the store and then take an order online and then take an order in the store, etc. They never even look at the mobile orders. So I come in and as always they check and, as usual, say oh yours is next. I haven't said anything in the past but I believe I am owed AT LEAST one free meal. read more

Having been to this location multiple times, I ordered the same nachos as usual, only to have the very rude server tell me I could not order half and half meat... I asked why (she got even more rude), stated they had no way to charge for it and that I had to order double meat. After just accepting a single meat option, I went back up to the counter to look to see price difference... Qdoba to me is always a "hit the spot" type of place. They have the seasoning that matches perfectly with your desire. The scene is always open and naturally lit. They invest heavily in fresh veggies, you can see it and taste it. Its not a traditional "romantic" spot, but if you love your lover, and love fresh veggies, why not right? I brought my youth church group here after service to eat, and I paid for it...They ordered burritos and tacos and bowls and all of that. I got a quesadilla and a burrito(for my wife). Everyone loved their food. Qdoba always comes through. The cashier was polite and patient, waiting for over 10 people to order, the prep staff were patient and explained what was what to folk who were new to the Q. I am very appreciative for the service we received from this Qdoba. I will also say, the service remains at 5 stars no matter where the Qdoba is. They value their customers! read more

Easily one of the best Qdoba's in Wisconsin! The staff are always super friendly and clean, and the work stations are always clean even when it's busy. I have been to many Qdoba's around Wisconsin and none hold a candle to the one on Durand Avenue. Treat them like people and they'll treat you the same way, it's not difficult. read more

I have eaten here quite a bit recently jumping back and forth between Racine and Kenosha locations. They are always consistent with my online orders. Upon picking up my order this last time they had told me they had run out of fire roasted shrimp but gave me the remaining two shrimps which was fine because I only ordered it this time to try it. They kept being very forgiving and since I had paid for a meat they offered another meat. I declined and they then offered me a side of my choice for free so I went with queso and chips. I frequent this place every couple of weeks, as well. It provides a quick after-movie meal during the UW-Parkside Foreign Film Series season. Pickings are rather slim on Sunday evenings, anyway! The first time I drove in, I worried about how few cars there were parked there, but I've come to learn that this isn't necessarily a reflection on quality of either the food or the service. I think a lot of folks use this chain for catering, and we always see people coming in for carry-out. Like other restaurants in this area, there's lots of concrete all over and HVAC overhead. Lights hang way down from the roof. It's an ambiance I rather like, but it's certainly nothing special. My favorite food includes the grilled quesadillas and the taco salad. Since I don't eat red meat, I generally choose either chicken or cheese. The chicken really does have a grilled flavor, and the cheese may actually be authentic (as opposed to the American or processed cheese food product choices elsewhere)! Food has always been hot and the seasoning seems to be about right (I'm not big on real spicy food, anyway). I've always been satisfied with the service there. The servers are usually young people who seem eager enough to serve. The food is always ready to go, although it doesn't taste like it's been sitting there waiting for me to show up sometime. I wouldn't go overboard discussing with comfort of the seating arrangements, but it works fine for fast food. All in all, I'd say it's a-okay. read more

The shift manager (short brunette female)was very rude! They moved me through the line so fast I was unable to order exactly what I wanted and when I said I didn't get what I wanted because they rushed me they said they don't have time for that they need to keep the line moving. I think of the Qdoba/Chipotle argument the same way that I see the Subway/Cousins argument: THE BREAD IS JUST WOOOOONDERFUL, but DONT TELL ME THIS BREAD IS SOOOOOO GOOD THAT IT BESTS THE SHEER VARIETY OF INGREDIENTS AT THE COMPETITOR!!!! There, I said it. Qdoba has 12000x the combinations, because they have a good 2 dozen extra ingredients. It's elementary. Since both companies put out a solid product, and neither is some madd delectable fine dining masterwork, you gotta go with the bounty that's available at Qdoba. I like to rock what I call The Liquid Burrito: 1. Whole wheat tortilla 2. White rice/black beans - tell em to "go light" on both - they will, and you'll appreciate the lighter gut feel 3. Pulled pork - super juicy!!! 4. Queso - soupy, cheesy, spicy 5. Pico - I'm a bit of a lightweight on spice 6. Guacamole - they always over-slop it on & I never complain 7. My first time at a Qdoba's was at this location. I didn't quite like what I had ordered and the general manager immediately asked me a few questions and whipped up something that I LOVED and am now addicted to. That manager has since moved to a Kenosha location, I believe, and the staff at this location sometimes has a hard time understanding me. I think some of the front counter staff uses English as a second language and I find myself repeating myself (or asking "what did you say?") more often than I would like. But everyone is always polite and the food is amazing, which I really appreciate. This is one of our favorite places! read more

I love Qdoba! It always satisfies my burrito craving. They aren't HUGE like Chipotle, but do you really need to consume a burrito bigger than your head? They also don't nickel and dime you for everything; guacamole comes with every meal and it's pretty good! They have mango salsa in the summer (although any season is good for mango salsa), however they did skimp on it quite a bit. :/ If not for that, I would have rated 5 stars. Not once not twice but three times my order was messed up. By missing more than 1 item. It cant be that hard to miss something that is printed. I frequent this Qdoba about once every two weeks. Big bang for your buck here. Fast friendly service in a cool and colorful setting. They always have some good music playing too. The burrito's will fill you up, and the salads are scrumptious. Burritos are less than 7 bucks. Get the Qdoba card and present it every time you order to bank points for free entrees, which comes around pretty often. In case you don't know, you order and follow your meal along the line as they build it, similar to Subway. No tips to deal with this way...works for me! read more

Really good food. My favorite is the naked burrito. Everything is pretty reasonably priced. They worked well with our group.
