I live 30 mins away but this is the closest Qdoba to me so I ordered online & went to pick it up. I am missing half of the ingredients that I asked for. It is literally just rice, beans, meat, shredded cheese, a tablespoon of queso, and sour cream. No Chile crema, no corn salsa, no guacamole, no cilantro. They also put the bare minimum of each ingredient in...usually these bowls are FULL, so full there is stuff on the lid when they close it. Not this one. I usually wouldn't write a bad review about a place but this is probably the 5th time I've had issues with this location. It's gone downhill so much in the past couple years. I recommend going to a different location if you want Qdoba. read more

Nice location, friendly staff, clear safety signs inside the restaurant & all staff wore their masks. The portions sizes of our burrito bowls were great w/ lots of top choices, Queso & sauce choices. We love that Qdoba give a free bag of chips w/ every order our only complaint would be to cut back on the salt on the chips a bit. We have not been jr this restaurant in awhile & noticed the taste of the steak is different which we were not pleased w/ at all. This is one of my favorite Qdoba locations! The staff there are very nice and hardworking. Yes, they may have lines there from time to time, but the staff hustles and really does work hard to get everyone through efficiently. We were there recently and had one of the best experiences. The food was hot, portions were great, and they weren't out of anything. My husband and I were impressed with the one gentleman there that made our food. An employee finally brought out my order but was extremely rude to me from the start, and said 'F*** you' to me when I told him I wasn't appreciating his attitude with me in front of my children. There were also employees working and numerous customers inside of the location with no masks. I understand eating, you'll have to remove your mask but while waiting for food and having employees unmasked is unnecessary. I'm not even sure where to start! The didn't have straws... ok that happens. But then when I got pico it was really just huge hunks of tomatoes. No one there seemed to take any pride in their work. HOLY DIRTY RESTURAUNT BATMAN!!!! Stopped for a quick lunch and couldn't even eat after I seen how filthy dirty this location is kept. Kitchen was enough to gag a maggot. disgusting, burners on grill and stove were caked in burnt black grease, same with the deep fryer. Shit needs to be thrown out at this point. The air vents directly above the food bar are spewing black fuzzy dirt and lint that is most definitely falling into the food. I work in construction and clean vents like this and these are horrible. The floors were sticky like soda was spilled all over the place. There was not one cleaned or sanitized table or booth in the entire place, all were covered in crushed chips and spilt sauces. What happened to this location??? We had lunch there yesterday and we're shocked at how down hill this place went. The place was honestly disgusting. The booths and tables were dirty and in desperate need to paint and repair. The soda machine where you could select many different flavor combinations was replaced with an older normal unit. When I'm craving a meal that is super filling I go to Qdoba. Usually I get my meal to go but this day the weather was nice and I wanted to be out and about. The portions are enough for two to enjoy. I always get the loaded tortilla soup with chicken and it's so good. I turn down the chips when getting my food to go, Doritos pair well with the dish. However dining is inside I figured why not. The chips were good but I do love my Doritos with Qdoba better. Recently impossible vegan options have been added to the menu. I really wish they served beer that would make me want to dine in more often. read more

After ordering on the app multiple times my order has been incorrect 3 times in a row. Each time my order is missing half of what I order on my bowl, chips, or my boyfriends order is mixed in with mine. He gets sour cream on his bowls and I cannot have that due to a dairy allergy. The staff do not acknowledge you when you walk in like every other location I've been to across the country and I've lived in quite a few states. Tonight when I picked up my order we were not given napkins, or utensils which normally is put in the bag when you order online. Also tonight when I used my reward for chips and guac the amount of guac that I received was the same size as asking for a side of guac and not the same size as if I were to use the chips and queso reward. I love the food I get from Qdoba but when I would go to the one in Greenfield I had nothing but good experiences even ordering online. When going inside to the Menomonee Falls/Germantown everything is correct and actually receive the correct amount of everything asked for. It should not be any different when ordering online. The 2 workers that were working the front, totally ignored us for 5 min. They have the finest portion, i was shocked. When I asked about it she said if I wanted anymore than I would have to pay more. I explained there was not even a serving in the bowl. When we went to find a table,,not one was washed off and there was food everywhere. The workers were rude and unfriendly. I love QDOBA honestly it's the only fast food that isn't just greasy and gross. But this location is down right BAD. It's so loud that you can't hear anything. The employees are rude and condescending. They don't understand what proper weights for foods are. I get the Two-Timer Knockout Tacos almost every-time, they put on too much meat when I asked for light, the put on so much cheese that it was falling off. There was hardly any sauce or spices at all and one sad wimpy piece of lettuce. The whole way down the line no one communicated with us about what my mother wanted or my daughter. The service at this Qdoba is always fast and friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. I like Qdoba in general, because the food is always fresh and they grill the chicken right in front of you. It's not some processed chicken. We ordered the chips and queso dip. They give you a pretty large portion of the queso with an order. It was a nice touch when they told us we could come back for more chips if we wanted. Great place for some quick Mexican food. read more

Just picked up dinner at the Menomonee Falls location. I'm sorry to say that we were grossly disappointed in not only the service, but the quality of the food. Obviously, during this time, you would expect your food to be prepared with the upmost standard of sanitation. Upon arrival, as we started to order, I noticed that half the staff were not wearing gloves, and yet were handling the utensils, food, etc. Even the manager didn't have gloves on. When our meals were being prepared, one of the employees touched her face, pulled out her phone, typed on the screen, put it away, and then pulled her glove back on. I reiterate, even aside from it being during a pandemic I would expect that my our food be prepared with consistent and considerate food safety precautions. Our meals were made sloppily, and it was quite obvious they weren't thrilled that we were there to begin with. The nicest person we encountered was the cashier, but unfortunately she wasn't wearing gloves either. I went to a Qdoba many years ago at another location and hated it, I based my opinion of Qdoba on that place and it was too bad because I was missing out on how good this location is! I just love this place! It is always fresh, clean and delicious. The workers look slightly overworked (they are always super busy) but they are still friendly and helpful. The food I've received here has been consistently good, unlike some places where you have a good day and a bad day. It does cost a little bit more than other fast food but It is much fresher, and they have very healthy options. The salsas are fantastic! read more

Let me preface by saying Qdoba is my favorite fast food. Reliable, quick, delicious. This is the worst one I've ever been to. Floor and back staff looked grimy and unsanitary. Food they had out was not up to par. For example, I wanted fajita veggies but they were 95% onions...yuck. Gave it the benefit of the doubt but it tasted off when I ate it (took it to go). It was more of a fast food Mexican place that reminded me of a Subway because they had everything in pans and you had to tell them what to put on your food... Listen, I love Qdoba. I've also worked in restaurants before, so I always treat customer service employees with the utmost respect and kindness. They deal with a lot of unnecessarily rude customers, I get it. However, the manager here (I'm assuming she's the manager) was just downright nasty to my friends and I. I understand the severity of COVID19 and the importance of social distancing. I've kept my social circle tiny and have seen the same four people for months. So me and these people come in as a group and are keeping a respectful distance away from the other customers. However this manager yells at us that we need to be six feet away from each other. My friend tries to respectfully explain to her that we came in together. However this lady was unnecessarily awful to us and screamed at us again that we need to be separated. We were all shocked at how disrespected we were and she just gave us this evil little smile when we separated after she had just treated us so poorly. She was on some weird power trip or something. All of her workers were wearing masks and gloves but she was not. She was also not keeping six feet away from her employees. Yet she had the nerve to yell at my group who she saw arrive together for not staying apart, even though we were keeping our distance from the other customers. I would not recommend anyone going to this Qdoba if you want to be treated with kindness and respect. We did nothing wrong and she was rude and condescending to us. There are many other wonderful Qdoba locations around. Go to anyone of those, but not this one. read more
