Rather than offering a large selection, the restaurant emphasizes consistency and freshly prepared food. We walked into a clean, well maintained space that was busy but organized, with a steady flow of customers moving through the line and a dining room that stayed comfortable even as it filled up. It is the kind of place to visit when you are craving crispy fried chicken without having to sort through an overwhelming menu. The chicken sandwich was the highlight of our visit. The chicken was hot, juicy, and cooked to order with a crispy coating that stayed crunchy throughout the meal. The toasted bun, crisp lettuce, and Cane's Sauce complemented the chicken without overpowering it, making for a straightforward but satisfying sandwich. The signature Cane's Sauce is what really ties everything together, adding a tangy, peppery flavor that pairs well with both the sandwich and the fries. The sides are simple but solid. The crinkle-cut fries are lightly seasoned, the Texas toast is buttery and soft with a crisp exterior, and the coleslaw provides a refreshing contrast to the fried chicken. While the menu is limited, everything works well together and feels intentionally designed rather than offering unnecessary extras. Service was quick despite the restaurant being busy, and the food arrived fresh from the kitchen. The dining room was clean and well maintained, though this location can become crowded during peak meal hours. Even with the steady flow of customers, the staff kept the line moving efficiently, and the team handled the volume with a practiced rhythm that kept the experience smooth. Overall, Raising Cane's delivers exactly what it promises: fresh chicken, simple sides, and a signature sauce that has become a fan favorite. The chicken sandwich was an excellent choice, and the consistent quality makes it an easy option whenever we are looking for a reliable fast food meal.

It's tricky rating fast food, since it's not really competing with fancy restaurants. However in…read morethe case of Raising Cane's they truly make the best chicken fingers around. They're crispy in the outside, tender and moist inside, and not greasy at all. The fries are great, and the Texas toast and Cole slaw are very tasty too. They have great team too- always glad to help and very friendly. What seals it for me is that they continue to have strong policies and support for diversity, equality, and inclusion in the face of fascist government messaging. I respect this IMMENSELY and would not eat here otherwise.

No info indicating on their website either. Not sure why they wouldn't advertise it. This place really needs some sort of signage. I almost gave up looking for this place until I saw a fellow yelper's review--which was very helpful. Google reviews sorted by most relevant--the first three reviews from this date has no mentions of it being inside the Protein House. SMH. Aside from the poor lack of direction, best way to get some fried chicken is to order online or delivery according to other review platforms. The online ordering was easy peasy though. Order was on time of scheduled pickup time We ordered a 5 pack of chicken, Mac salad, and cabbage slaw. The chicken pieces were huge. Super crunchy and moist on the inside. Nice and hot when we got it. I really enjoyed the chicken. Wife thought it was a tad too sweet. Mac salad she enjoyed but I thought it was alright. The cabbage slaw was pretty good combining with the chicken to balance out the sweetness. Overall the chicken was the main star and I give it a thumbs up. Just super frustrating to drive out of my way to hunt down this place when it's hidden in the Protein House. Reason for a mediocre 3 star review is the lack of direction to finding this chicken. I would have gave it a 5 since I enjoyed the chicken. Maybe it was posted on other social media platforms--but not everyone is active there. Cheers and good luck chasing this chicken down.

THIS IS A POPUP KITCHEN IN THE PROTEIN HOUSE. NOT A RESTAURANT. would have been nice if the woman I…read morespoke to when I called to order had said that! Spent 15 min walking around looking for the place! Grr! She said you have to place your order online only. By creating an online account. Pay over the internet. Cannot order over the phone. Cannot walk in to order. Should have been my first indication but ive only heard of these places. Never been in one yet. But when I called - WHY DIDNT THEY TELL ME THIS!?!!! (YW Yelp!) That said. Takes 30 min for an "asap" order to be ready. Food was probably read on-time- but ya know - I COULDN'T FIND THE PLACE. So by the time it makes the trek home it was warm but at least not cold. Chicken was pretty good. Boneless, basically crispy. Would have been nice if the seasonings / sauce / toppings on the chicken were actually put evenly on all pieces. Top two had most. Ube was interesting with the coconut. I'm told the Mac salad was decent as well. Would prefer a hot side - so I guess I just need rice next time as the only warm side option. All and all an ok fried chicken with nice flavor, juicy chicken and not much fat on the thigh which is good. But hot meals need more hot side options too. Just REALLY wish this freaking place had SOME kind of sign on it ... or that the people working there would automatically tell confused people calling where to FIND them. (Bc id already ordered and paid for the food need to know where to find them!) Not going to be worth the 30 min trip over (happened to have been in the area) for fried chicken but not bad if ure in the area. Maybe it would be better as a sandwich.

BIG ARCH review: The…read morenew, limited-time sandwich debuted 3/2/26 but I tried it a day earlier. Basically the love child of the Big Mac (pretty much the condiments) and the Double Quarter Pounder (the patties), with a bolder sauce, both cooked and crispy onions, and a newfangled bun. -- The Bun: Way too big, even for the double patties, and way too dry. Poppy seeds in addition to sesame. Odd flavor, like a science experiment. Not good. Bad, even. -- The Sauce: Bright orange, thick, and somewhat spicy, like a cross between French and Thousand Island dressings with some hot sauce added. Very good. -- The Cheese: Three slices, though I think they goofed and only gave me two. Whiter, thicker, and cheddar, so more flavorful than their usual. Good. -- The Patties: They seemed thinner than the quarter pound patties, but after a half hour in their plastic steaming drawer, who knows. Even after that drawer time, very dry. Make that very, very dry. Not good. -- The Onions: The cooked ones got lost in all the other condiments and the dominant bun, but the crispy onions stood out, but for the wrong reason. Artificial tasting and unpleasant. Not good. Bad, even. -- The Lettuce and Pickles: Way more lettuce than on a Big Mac, but the same. -- The Price: $9 and change before tax for just the sandwich, and $13 and change for the meal. Seemingly high for fast food, but everything's double these days, so who's to say. I'll say this: it's only a little bit more than a double quarter pounder, and you're getting extra cheese and extra condiments, so not as unreasonable as McDonald's often is. It was a fun experiment. ONCE. And once again, McDonald's new creations don't address the quality of the ingredients, especially the beef. It's more like putting lipstick on a pig. -- The Fries: At least the fries were good. Lengthy, crisp, and hot. As for this particular McDonald's: Very modern inside, with comfy seating. But good luck finding your way in and out of the parking lot. And you may need to circle a few times before finding the drive thru. There used to be a time when everyone knew that Five Guys was better, but the price difference was enough to stick with McDonald's. Nowadays, that gap has almost closed. I try to choose neither, but if forced to choose between the two, I'll choose Five Guys over McDonald's, and there's one in the same plaza.

Evviva is spacious, service is fast, and food comes in generous portions. Three of us shared a roasted harvest salad, orecchiette, and a large hot honey pizza. Nice place for a family dinner or to meet with a big group of friends. We'll be back when the occasion calls for it because you know what you're going to get at this restaurant.

The chicken parmigiana (their specialty) was nothing special. Tasted like boxed pasta with jarred sauce. Chicken was average sized, pounded thin.
