Wow. The haters here are loyal to the hate. This isn't a taco stand in Cali or a breakfast joint that makes its own chorizo in San Antonio. But face it, comparatively even the best Mexican joint in Massachusetts is just okay. Well, except maybe some of the places in Eastie - those places are legit yo. (And La Tapatia. Mmmm.) I digress. You came here for fast food and as fast food goes, its really good. Now, I have love for Chipotle but when was the last time you had a beer at Chipotle? Never. You. Never. Have. (Okay, buddy with the sneaky brown bag, I wasn't talking to you.) Here, in real time with virtually no waiting, you can get three very edible tacos and a beer for $15. The place is clean. The decor is warm and inviting. The staff is friendly. And if you're expecting them to cook up some fresh veggies for you when they've run out and there's a long line, you're a nut job (I AM talking to you other reviewer person). I'm tempted to add a star to offset the whiney bi**hes but I won't, because I'm all for fair play. Five stars to offset the whiners, but four stars in reality. PS - the also have a Mexican sodas. This is my preferred Qdubs in the area as the staff is always very warm and inviting. I much prefer Qdoba to Chipotle based off of the face that they don't smatter everything with cilantro. On that note, I appreciate that they also don't smother their rice in cilantro. My go to here is either the burrito bowl or the two timer taco trio. They are so generous with their portions, especially the fajita veggies (my fav). The person that manages this branch used to work at the one in Hudson, but when he left, that store fell apart. I feel that the marlborough store is thriving because of his great management. I appreciate that he don't just delegate, but works on the line as well. Great leadership! read more

Made my order wrong. Asked for 3 salsas on the side no salsa, and guacamole- no guacamole. Manager was nice, but this is my !4th! delivery I've had in Marlborough where my order arrived incorrect, and two of those times I called specifically to make sure everything would arrive correctly, yet did not. This is my regular lunch stopover place. They do definitely well at times but there are days you totally hate this place. They need to make the consistency to maintain good. On a given day they cut the vegetables so big, it hardly fits in your mouth and they don't cook it well. I never write reviews but this had to be done. This was the worst meal I have ever had! The queso tasted like water. It was so so runny and had zero taste. I ordered the loaded nacho they were cold and like soup. It was all mushed together seriously like a bowl of soup. My husbands tacos had maybe a teaspoonful of meat. The onions were so disgusting he couldn't eat them and he LOVES onions! The guacamole was literally squashed avocado. I was starving for lunch on a Sunday and was in Marlborough randomly shopping for furniture. Wanted something healthy. The parking lot looked super crowded but when we went inside, there were only three people eating indoors (February) and all Covid measures were in place. The hotel next door is hogging parking spots FYI. The server was masked, super helpful and went through all the options. My bowl looked so fresh and I wasn't disappointed by the flavor. I had to use the bathroom sooooooo bad, they have music BLARING! I MEAN B L A R I N G!!!!!!!!! In the bathroom! Light night club decibels! I'm a sound engineer so I opened at app on my phone while I pooped and saw that it was just as loud as a night club. The food was pretty good. It was our first time trying a QDOBA. However my low stars are for the the customer service. We went in to pick up an order and the cashier hands us half the order then turns away. We ask for the rest and she rolls her eyes and continues to play on her phone. I eat here probably about 2 to 3 times a week. Every single time the food is savory and I've been happy with my meal. I like my food spicy and the hot sauces can always be counted on to get my tongue fired up. Not sure what the customer service complaints are about but I've never had an issue. read more
