How has the health dept. not shut this place down? This is the dirtiest fast food restaurant that I've ever been in, bar none. There is trash and nasty food bits everywhere! The staff doesn't care, the manager ( if they have one ) doesn't care, and apparently the owner doesn't care. The staff couldn't get an order right if there lives depended on it. If you order pickup, expect that 75% of your order is FUBAR. Food ordered from their app usually has errors and when picked up is luke warm. They just don't seem to care about how they make their food. Have ordered chips and queso, but received the cheaper salsa and what items you asked for in the burrito is not what you get. When you tell them that they made a mistake all they offer is a coupon for chips and queso which is one of the items they get wrong and the coupon is only good for two weeks. So I won't be wasting any more money or time on them. read more

The food was terrible. I wouldn't be surprised if it violated every single HOA violation there is to violate. They probably violated things that aren't even HOA. The HOA needs to type up new rules just keep with this place. The service was atrocious. The guy making my food was yes, cute, but could care less about me. And the girl that was on the reg was so locked in on the new stranger things season that she didn't even realize I was done making my food. We loved the Qdoba we ordered last weekend for a party of 25. The food was FANTASTIC. They were amazing in providing all the needed ingredients and utensils to make our party a success. Lisa ( I think was her name) took extra care of us in providing door to door service!! Qdoba chips are THE BEST. Food, service, and attention to detail has now made us loyal Qdoba customers. Horrible customer service and food availability. Out of vegetables, lettuce, sauces etc. when asked if we could get a discount for any of the items that weren't available they said no because it's not an extra charge. So essentially half the menu is unavailable and you just get to pay full price for whatever you get. read more

Along with that, the girl helping me had her long hair down (essentially in the food), bracelets on her wrist dangling into the food, and was just simply plain rude. In the past 2 weeks we've been there 2x... yesterday we were there... to start the "server" had his braids falling over his face, we asked for fajita veggies (which you can see there are a few in the container) and we are told they have to cook more then the customer behind us is given them, we ask for small sodas and are told they only have large size, they have no covers for large sodas, we ask for a receipt and the machine doesn't work, and they only have 3 flavors of soda (sprite,root beer or coke) in machine. Also there is NO paper towel by either sink where employees would wash their hands!!! Now 2 weeks ago... we didn't have so many problems with food, but they only had options of BUYING water, tea or Diet Coke to drink and their machine wasn't working at all. Not many places open past 9:00 on Sunday in this part of town. Not only were they open but doing brisk business. Quality of food is at par or better than most others Qdobas. Service, however, was solid and friendly. Staff knew all the options and competently prepared my wife's complex order. Gotta be the most dirty qdoba I've ever witnessed. Floor behind the counter was full of old food and scum, food prep area was gross, the workers there seem to not give two shits. The guy making my burrito put maybe 4 pieces of lettuce and wrapped my burrito like a child. Every table had crap on it. Who ever owns this place or runs it must not care, or never shows up to see the condition it is in. I never leave reviews, but this was too crazy not to tell people to steer clear from. I liked the vegan options but not the rude girl at the counter. Very condescending. I had pointed and asked what some of the sauces were and she asked my to not do that. My wife and daughter showed up at 7:40pm on a Saturday night.. walked in and were greeted with a "We're closed". Apparently they close at 8:00pm. I guess their business during such high inflation is doing so well they don't need our money. We've always referred to this as the "crap" Qdoba. Always seem to be low on all of the toppings and rarely an employee that is pleasant. I would choose Chipotle 10 out of 10 times and it is all because this Qdoba is so bad. read more

Qdoba is usually my go to for fast food but this location was just lazy. I walked in at 9pm and the staff didn't even offer a hello. There was only one Hispanic looking chick behind the counter and the other African American looking employee was actually sitting down having a very dramatic conversation with her boyfriend. In other words, she was fighting with her boyfriend in the restaurant probably regarding her red hair color or penciled in eyebrows, idk. Anyways, it was 9pm and the employee preparing our food said they only have chicken lol I was like okay whatever that's fine by me as I'm not a picky eater. I then asked for lettuce which is pretty standard for a burrito or burrito bowl but she said ugh if you want lettuce I'm going to have to cut some up. Note that this is at 9pm they don't close for another hour and they only had chicken and no lettuce ready. The employees were more concerned about doing there closing duties as after they served us they all disappeared. The boyfriend came back and the employee continued her fight with him while we were in the restaurant. The bathroom was disgusting, overall the employees were more concerned about closing the restaurant at 9pm even though they are open till 10 read more

My husband and I are not from the area but we're dropping our son off with a friend and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. I love QDOBA and was looking forward to it but since we had a long drive I decided to use the bathroom first. So glad I did before I ordered. I have NEVER seen a more disgusting bathroom . I noticed the smell first but that can happen sometimes from the person before you. I don't think that was the case. As I walked in I had to try and tiptoe over the puddles of water and who knows what else. Someone appears to soak up the wet mess on the floor by just laying paper towels over it. There was a pile of wet paper towel near the base of the toilet that could possibly have been to soak up a leaking toilet.. I am not sure. I hovered best I could while I tried to hold back from gagging at whatever was on the wall and tries to unroll the roll that was set on top of the TP dispenser. I washed my hands in a sink that Didn't appear to have been cleaned ever!! As I left the restroom I grabbed my hand sanitizer which I carry now due to COvID and told my husband I lost my appetite and we left. I could. Why I keep going back to these locations when I'm in this area? I don't know, maybe because I give 8th and 9th chances? Never again. I just visited the 187 N Pioneer Rd Fond Du Lac, WI 54935 United States location on 12/22/2018 at 6:53pm. To start off, none of the staff was friendly to the customers and it was clear they didn't care about the orders they were making. As I ordered my bowl, the guacamole fell off the order and landed on the table. In front of me, the lady picked it up odd the table and smashed it back into my food. After I asked for them to remove the guacamole and replace it with new stuff that was not on the table, they got even ruder. None of the workers are wearing uniforms nore have name tags on so I could not get the tag of the worker that was so disrespectful. She refused to give the chips I did not want (I ordered a bowl and my mom ordered a burrito) to my mom even though our orders were together. I had Absolutely horrible service and overall experience at this location. I would never recommend anyone go to this location. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

Very displeased with my order today. I used to be a regular at this location, sometimes eating here 3-4 times a week. Today's visit solidifies the reason I find myself going less and less. I ordered the chicken burrito bowl with chips on the side, which is my standard order. Got back to work, which is a 2 minute drive, to find a bag of crumbled stale chips and a cold plate of food. The queso was literally the only thing warm in the whole container, I had to microwave it to eat it. I understand covid is causing issues with labor, but that shouldn't effect the food quality. All things considered, this is a pretty nice Qdoba. I was looking for a place to get some chips and salsa (a.k.a. The Side Dish of the Gods) and stumbled on this joint during my aimless wandering of FdL. They have quite a bit of seating in the restaurant, more than one would expect from a fast-food type of place. The service and food were both okay, not fantastic, but definitely within expectations for this type of place. I had the chicken soft tacos and chips w/ hot salsa. Hot indeed. Also, their queso dip is pretty phenomenal, although my days of indulging in that are behind me. They also serve bottled beer here, definitely a plus in my book. read more

I stopped at the Fon du Lac location on Mo day morning. I pulled into the lot a few min after 10:30am which is allegedly when they open. 2 patrons walked up to the locked door and turned arou d and left when it was locked. I waited until 10:35 when a man came up to the door, opened it and walked away. When I got to the counter the manager (Katie) told me I'd have to wait a few minutes offering no apology. After standing there for another 5 min watching the staff have ZERO sense of urgency I told the manager how completely unprofessional and unacceptable this was and she offered excuses rather than apologies. I was in a hurry, but they were not getting my money at this point. The whole ordeal added 25-30 min to my trip as I was headed to Milwaukee for work. Not surprised to see the other poor reviews. I usually order from here through eatstreet, and it's usually perfect, but the last couple of times have been really disappointing. first time, they forgot more than half the order, and the quesadilla that i DID get was sloppily made with cold cheese. today, they sent me what appears to be day-old guac, possibly from yesterday. it was browning, mushy, and not fresh like it usually is. they've got one more strike before i quit ordering from them entirely. read more
