While this thins out the layer so that you're not biting into a pure layer of condiment, the meat no longer has any traction in between the bread. Combined with the fact that JJ's bread is of a firmer variety, this leads to the entire contents of the sandwich spilling out, even when you request to have the bread hollowed beforehand. On occasion, the food comes warm. These are not issues I've experienced at other locations. There were extras paid for that I did not receive. The first time I submitted a complaint for this, it was kindly remedied with a gift card. However, it has since continued happening, specifically with the avocado. I've also noticed this restaurant is usually pretty quiet, whereas most other Wingstop locations I've visited have been busy.
