When entering I was greeted by friendly staff with no line in front of me. The restaurant was quiet and clean and well attended to. When ordering the employee was quick and attentive. The ingredients all looked fresh and tasted great. At the end I was full and satisfied for a decent price. I do wish they had the fancy soda machine but nonetheless I enjoyed my meal. read more

I did a online pick up order for a chicken bowl with rice, qua, queso, salsa, and cheese... hate to say it but it was more of a rice bowl than a chicken bowl and it had no queso. so would recommend AVOIDING online orders because they can't get it right. read more

Vegetarian and vegan friendly Mexicanesque fast food of better quality than most other fast food chains. Not as good as "sit down and order" type restaurants but almost as spendy as our favorite place in Cheyenne. That said, it's convenient to shopping on the north side of town and allows you the ability to really make your meal to your liking. We also like they are open later than most other places in Cheyenne. I had Vegetarian Mexican Gumbo which has been renamed "Tortilla Soup" with black beans, brown rice, "Diablo" queso, chopped fajita veggies, corn relish, pico de gallo, guacamole, and cheese. Clean, music not blaring Friendly service, gentleman behind the counter was super friendly. Since it was our 1st time he gladly recommended different items. As a career industrial construction worker working on the road; I have been to Qdoba restaurants all over the lower 48, and it has been one of my favorite restaurants! HOWEVER, when I ate at this specific restaurant at 1:30 pm on 01/22/2019. I had a rather disgusting surprise in my steak quesadilla! I keep finding these huge chunks of steak gristle! EW! The Cheyenne Qdoba leaves some to be desired, at least in terms of cleanliness and competence. Apathetic semi-skilled employee slapping together a burrito with his fro, un-netted, leaping out from under his hat in a dirty kitchen really doesn't enhance my appetite. The chips were stale. The pico was old. Employee touched the food with his bare hand. Manager is very good at watching other people work. Not the Qdoba I loved elsewhere. Update - November 2016 Always willing to revise judgment when it's warranted. A year ago I tried the Cheyenne Qdoba and it was pretty bad. Gave them another chance in November and they seem to have really gotten it together. Staff was good, friendly, competent. The place was cleaned up and the food was good. The staff was very poor at their jobs. They did not put any effort into customer service and when their half-hearted effort was pointed out they just shrugged their shoulders and were dismissive. If you're looking for sloppily thrown together food that is overpriced and accompanied by unwarranted teenager attitude, this is the place. I won't be back. read more

When I walked in I assumed they had a busy day. The workstation was absolutely filthy and they were out of most items. I casually asked if this was the case and was promptly told no. The meat was cold, the vegetables they cooked were still raw and most if the staff just didn't seem to care. This place was so filthy I nearly backed out of my order. The line had food spilled all over it, the containers looked super dirty, utensils caked in crusty sauce and there was cheese spilt on the floor in the back. Unacceptable, the crew should be embarrassed. I understand things get busy sometimes, but cleanliness in a food establishment should ALWAYS be top priority. Clean as you go, yo! If you spill something, take two seconds and wipe it up right then. The food is decent, but it certainly makes me not want to return knowing they can't even run a clean prep line. Qdoba food tasted as good as usual. The only issue I had with this particular Qdoba that it was messy. The place looked as though it hadn't been cleaned up at all after the dinner rush. BTW, I was here at about 8pm, so I would imagine they would have had time to start getting the place cleaned up. I had to sklp about 3 tables until I found one that was somewhat clean. There was one employee eating her dinner and the other was in the process of cleaning up. The staff here was very friendly though. Poor customer service. The blonde lady was rude, rolling her eyes and slopped the food on the plate. I have never seen such poor customer service. Made us feel so uncomfortable. The manager needs to fire her. I will never step foot in that place again. read more

First let me say, I prefer QDOBA over Chipotle but I must say this QDOBA is the worst one I have been to. What really blew me away was that we spent over $27 (two people) for less than average quality. And I only had water to drink! My three street tacos were blah, the corn tortillas disintegrated so I had to try to eat the thing with the plastic fork. I don't know if it's just me but I don't like their food. Had the BBQ pork burrito and wasn't very good. On the plus side it was clean.
