Unfortunately the original trip for a friend's destination wedding was canceled. We already had a deposit with the travel agent Kes. Make sure to read all disclaimers and fine print. We lost some of the deposit money and the remaining balance was only allowed to be used in travel credit with the travel agent. They should have a better policy if something like this happens. She was terrible with communication from the start. We tried calling her a couple of times and she never answered. So we have 100+ emails back and forth. Pricing was a rip off and we could have saved so much more doing this by ourselves. Our travel credits were locked with this company and Travel Impressions. So she had to book it. After finally using our travel credits on flights we never received a bill with travel credit amount applied. So we are not even sure it was applied. Our seats were not by each other and we were scattered throughout the plane. Thankfully I was able to change seats myself. But I thought an agent would put the family together it just did not make sense. This was the worst experience we have ever had! And a headache we did not need.

Reply to Jim/owner, Sorry Jim thats not factual, the job you did was an exterior bulkhead, so a leaking boat causing your job to fail is not accurate. You never came and fixed it. We tried and tried to contact you over and over again to stand by your work and you just stopped responding. Plus you left the job unfinished and didnot complete the exterior varnish we thought we agreed upon. so we eventually gave up and had to have your work repaired and re done. We enjoy giving yelp reviews and rarely give a negative review. I know that you are capable of some decent work, but our job was a failure that you did not stand behind after being paid in full. You did do an interior cabinet door for us that came out kind of ok, not great, just ok, but its kind of out of alignment and is a little off on the sizing to cover the opening. We have lots and lots of pics. Good luck to Jim and i know u can do some good work, its just that our job did not come out good and we had bad results attempting to get you to finish the job to completion and satisfaction.
