What drew me is I remembered having eaten a great burger from a place in the area a long while ago…read more The pictures of burgers looks good and the name sounded right so we stopped by. The parking lot was like what I remembered but inside was a different layout so I am not sure if it was the same spot. Anyway, prices were very reasonable! When the food came out, we could immediately see it passed the eye test--cheese drizzling, real meat, grilled bun. First bite was excellent--I could taste the grilled bun, the flavor of the burger and even the crisped grilled parts of the meat. All other bites, just the same. Had me audibly saying "yum". On top of that, they offered horchata to drink and it was delicious. The fries weren't only well seasoned but they also had an usual kick of heat. This will be my go-to burger spot when I'm in the Garland area. Thanks for being great and charging fairly!

WOW, a GREAT divey burger joint! Somewhat easy to find and enough parking. It is cozy, so don't…read morebring a large party. Lots of drink options from the standard soft drinks, iced tea, fruit drinks and horchata! The service is fast, friendly and helpful! The burgers and fries are the stars. I had the Big House combo (Massive, 3 patties with American cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo and mustard). it includes a drink and fries. Really good fries. There are more reasonable big burgers, but my hunger was unreasonable and I needed a burger that was too big to eat, a knife and fork burger. The flavor was absolutely spot on! I'm guessing each patty was a 1/2 pounder. perfectly caramelized, moist, beefy. Price was VERY reasonable. Yes, no burger was left behind. I did go home and take a long nap afterwards :)

The fish sandwich was also good even though it could've used a little more tartar sauce. I do wish this location had a drive thru but it's a sacrifice im willing to make for this glorious place. Service was amazing, restaurant was clean also. Will definitely be back!

Love Culver's...until today, that is. Today, I witnessed an egregious failure in the excellent…read morecustomer service I have come to appreciate from the staff at the McKinney TX location. As I sat there, I noticed the group of 50-year old Karens huddled chatting it up, giggling like school-girls with nothing better to do, while a young Black family (very pregnant wife btw) patiently waited, along with a young man behind them. As I watched the frustrated facial expressions of all three adults watching and waiting, the young man moved to the area where pick-up items are left. He picked up his order and left. All of a sudden the chatty Cathies sprung into action. One of them decided to run after the young man who was calmly walking to his vehicle. Then she made the stupidest move of all. She put her hands on this young man. Then she proceeds to try and grab his bag. I guess he verified the order was indeed his - and not an attempt to steal - and she backed off. To the young man, if you ever decide to report that moronic woman, I hope you see this. Reach out! To the Karen, keep your hands to yourself. How dare you put your hands on a customer without cause!!! Had you and your "team" been doing their job, that family with the pregnant mom would have been served in a timely fashion, the young man have been given his order without drama and I would have kept eating my food in peace and walked out NOT PISSED! HQ, what happened to the staff that was there not too long ago?! And why, would you hire anyone that clearly is a piss-poor representative of one of the best fast food joints in Texas?! I appreciate older age groups being considered and hired in the workforce. However, ageism, race, religion, whatever - should never be the driving force in your hiring processes. It surely explains the burnt spicy chicken sandwiches I ordered via Uber Eats last week. At first, I thought it was a fluke. But sitting there today, I realized it was not. Please don't lower Culver's quality nor minimize the great experience Culver's is known for. The younger staff made you feel welcomed. You wanted to come back! This "team" today (10.26.2026) fell short of everything that Culver's is to its faithful customers.

I have probably tried every single burger on their menu and Rodeo Goat is a classic, high quality,…read morego-to burger spot for me. I have came here with family and friends visiting, I have ordered this for takeout countless times. Rodeo Goat is where it's at I'll be talking about the 2 most recent burgers I tried - The brisket beef attacked my arteries in the best way - the brisket melts in your mouth (overshadows the beef though). This is the meatiest burger I've ever had from here. I have a bit of a sweet tooth so the sugar bomb is the most frequently ordered burger for me (maybe 10+ times?). I really enjoy the arugula mixed in with grilled peaches, a bit of jam and the party itself. I love this burger and I hope it never leaves the menu. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive - points to them!

I want to love this place. I really do, but with so many nice or better burger options available,…read moreI'm just going to say I will choose somewhere that offers medium rare burgers or hits high on the napkins quotient (as in, how messy and greasy it - the more, the better). Rodeo Goat seems more of a schtick theme. We started with the "Steaming Pile," which is basically characterized as bacon-cheese tots with additional goat cheese & a sunny side up egg. The egg was properly cooked. The portion was small for $10. It's really not a shareable size for more than two light eaters. There was zero hint of truffle oil. The Cowboy Cobb salad was a healthy portion, and all was good except for two things: the "jalapeño croutons" were not crispy in any way - they were like what would happen if a mushy hush puppy and tempura batter had a love child and it wrapped itself around an uncivilized jalapeño trying to socially climb. The second was that the burger patty had no cheese (why bother?) & I know it was an add-on. I ordered the Inspector Clousseau. Not much of a smash on the over-cooked patties. And, yes, I know what to expect from smash burger, but again, these patties were two the thickness of anything I've ever seen called a smash burger. More importantly, the pan sauce poured over the entire plate was cold and congealed. Generally, the flavor was okay. The service was nice, but at premium prices, I'm looking for elevated effort from the kitchen.
