Q Nails - They did not make the polkadots look good it made my fingers look fat and ugly - Nail Salons Near Me - Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta

The first time I went, Hanna did a really nice job. 2nd time was ok but only got 1 top coat of polish. Third time same thing & my polish is chipping after a couple of weeks, not happy, I feel they are cutting back on polish & rushing me out read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They don't even deserve a star. I received second degree burns on my eye brows from their wax being too hot. When I asked for a refund I was denied and called names. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was too busy for me. I contacted their head office and they never responded to my complaint. I am now being treated by a doctor who had to prescribe me special burn cream. Don't give them your money and help me get justice. read more

What an awful experience. I asked for more white on my nails and Hana got irritated with me. A paying customer. Then she started pushing my hands and I knew she was pissed off for asking for something I am paying for. Stay clear of this place. I will spend my money elsewhere. Zero review actually!!!! Not a friendly place to be read more

I went to get my nails done yesterday. I was surprised when they did my nails. It was so beautiful. They do fast, friendly and great service. The price is also reasonable for nails and pedicure. Will be back for sure!! read more

Q Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta

Honestly I've had nothing but good experiences here; every time I go I have a relaxing time and never leave disappointed in my nails. They do anything to compensate for your time in the event you do have to wait; today it was a free eyebrow wax, which was a nice touch. Just the best when it comes to Fort Saskatchewan, frankly. read more

The worst place to ever get your nails done I went there twice and the same snotty girl with the worst attitude was the one doing my nails .. not only did she refuse to give me what I asked for which was a simple pink and white ombré this last time she did what she wanted and completely made a mess of my nails now I understand why it's always empty there I always have tipped the nail ladies well usually $20 on top of the $60/70 I pay to get them done and this is how they treated me so ladies you have been warned Also the Covid precautions they take is a simple shower curtain separating you from them and they aren't even built properly read more

do not I repeat don't ever go here they are the worst man I paid 70 bucks for literally rubbish my fingers hurt so bad you guys are the worst I'm coming tomorrow for u to fix it because I'm not letting this slide read more

I have tried other nail places in the Fort and so far none compare. Most lack staff, wait times are high, and overall they are not friendly. Q Nails is always on the ball. I can generally be in and out in half an hr - 40 mins I've never had to wait more than 5 mins. Even when I just walk in for pedi/fill. Staff are great, and very friendly. The cost is pretty decent as well. They always get my business. read more

TL;DR: Burned my friend's eyes with hot wax, and then screamed at her when she asked for a refund. My friend now has a weeping blister under both eyebrows. The wax was clearly WAY too hot and applied too far down under her brow bone, almost into the crease of her eyelid. She saw a doctor and asked another waxer for a second opinion, and they both confirmed that it is a bad burn. When you call Q Nails, they claim they don't do waxing -- probably because what they do wouldn't be called waxing by any other professional. "Maiming" or "injuring" might be a better word for it. When she called to ask to speak to a manager, she was told that the manager didn't have time to speak to her. When she went in person, they screamed at her, physically waved their hands in her face, and called her all kinds of profanity that I won't repeat in polite company. All she asked for was a refund. Just a reminder that in Alberta, there is no licensing required for waxing -- anyone off the street can start waxing without training or care. That's the only reason they can get away with injuring someone and then screaming at them. Hopefully that will change in the future, but until then, avoid this place like the plague. Get your nails done somewhere else and don't support businesses that injure and verbally assault their customers. read more

Got my nails done there yesterday with my best friend we both got gel nails I got tips and she got full-colour . The service was friendly and speedy we were only there for about 40 minutes. And the price was good to. Overall a nice relaxing experience for a girls day out will definitely be going there again soon read more

I came here because I was disappointed with others salons. I had three sets (one new, two fills) that were phenomenal. Didn't chip, didn't break. I went there yesterday to get a new set.. they don't even cover my entire nail, and they're not all the same shape/length. I got them because I'm going on vacation and I'm so, so disappointed. read more

It's just the usual cultural barriers you face at most edm nail salons but worse. They tell you half an hr then you sit for an hour because they would rather mislead you and get your money. My friend and I had shellac manicures done and my friend was cut twice to bleeding. No apologies. My colour was completely different from the one selected and told her twice. The third time saying why are you still painting them it's completely wrong and not even close to the selected colour. She shoved my hand in the setting light and that was that. No thank you no kindness. A horrible experience. Quantity over quality. Would never recommend. read more

I went to Q-nails after a not so great experience at Vo's Nails. The service was friendly and quick and the girl who did my nails did a good job. Although I wasn't super impressed with their selection in solid colours for bio gel, I will definitely be going back there! It has now been a week and a half from the day I got my manicure and it still looks good! read more

Horrible. I went and got a fill there a few days ago and the nail polish is peeling like crazy and bubbly. They call themselves nail techs and they can't even put nail polish on properly LOL. if you want your nails to actually look good for more then a day I recommend not going there. What a joke. read more

Had a pedicure last week and I wasn't impressed. Within 8 hours one nail was off and the next day another came off. I have never had this happen in the history of getting pedicures and I have been getting them for years. Usually they grow out and I'm fed up with the colour lasting so long. The tools weren't sterilized between appointments and I now have a red bump forming on my big toe. I won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend anyone else going there either. read more

I will never go here again. I paid $60 for a mani pedi. I didnt get the foot or hand massage. They did my pedi in about 10 minutes and my gel nails peeled the same day i got them done. I do not reccomend this place at all! read more

Horrible service. Tried to book an appointment for I just got a nail fill and one popped off the next day. They said they don't book appointments and they are very busy. Excuse me?! I booked an appointment to have a fill done!! Thank gawd these places are a dime a dozen, but will be looking for a more reputable place. read more

If you would like nail fungus please choose here. Worst experience ever. Came back to have my gel nails removed after experiencing pain. They started cutting into my nail without telling me what they were doing. Now my thumb nail is 50% gone, bloody and is sure to get infected. They are not professionals and choose to hack of my finger instead of giving advice to see doctor or ointment. Would never wish this upon anyone. Ps tried to get ahold of manager apparently one does not exist. I would love if an inspector would view this embarrassing establishment so it could be shut down so others do not have to go through this. Honest review. read more
