This isn't a five star resort spa, this is a nail salon. I have always found it to be clean and the staff to be friendly. I moved away a little over a year ago but come back often to visit and will treat my mom and sisters to a nail day. After not being around for quite a while, the ladies at Vo's greeted me nicely. It's a funny thing how nice it is to be welcomed as a friendly face and that's exactly what happened. I didn't feel like just another pay check. The ladies do quality work, I've never had any issues with the outcome. They are very pleasant with me as I walk in with a pleasant attitude, respecting the ladies in their work space. I find if you go into a business and respect the people doing their jobs rather than treat them as a lowly servant, you're likely to have a better experience.

Nearly four months later, she is now returning to the hospital as the nail regrowing is showing signs of infection again. There are serious concerns about hygiene and safety.
