Dr McDaniel was totally unprepared for the appointment in the sense that she stated she had not looked over my chart and proceeded to chew gum and pop bubbles for 7 minutes while she was reading thru my notes. She then shared negative opinions concerning the quality of care from my primary provider to whom I have been a patient of for 10 years and have complete confidence in their care. Needless to say it was a very unprofessional and inappropriate encounter. During the appointment she also shared with me her opinion of what FMLA is and stated that I do not qualify because I would need to be totally incapacitated and unable to care for myself in order to qualify. Following the denial of my case she then leveraged my interaction with her and reached out later to persuade me to use her practice for care.

My whole family goes to him. Husband, Mother, Brother, and Sister in Law. He uses diversified and activator techniques. (gentle chiropractor). (By the way, If you ever go to a chiropractor be sure to ask what technique they use. If they say gonstead RUN AWAY!) An amazing example is that my sister in law was having serve pains down her arm with numbness. She went to a doctor who recommended surgery on her neck with only a 50% chance of it correcting the issue. I recommended she try Dr Art before deciding on surgery. Dr Art found that it was a rotator cup issue and adjusted it. Fixed! She had immediate relief. When my sister in law went back to her doctor (who recommended the surgery) and told him about Dr Art, he was amazed. And now he regularly recommends patience to Dr Art Dr Art does not take insurance. His office says he can keep his costs low that way. But he is very reasonably priced.
