So I feel like I can finally rate this place after coming here twice…read more 1st Visit. * I came to Li's for the first time after a super long week at work. It's also close to home & had pretty good reviews. I called and was able to schedule a same day 90 minute full body massage!! (Love the same day service, they're open later than most places, & they also accept walk-ins). * My masseuse was a really tall guy (at least 6 feet). I told him that my upper back and shoulders were killing me and asked for a deep tissue massage. That is exactly what I got!! He applied A LOT of pressure and focused on my specified areas. He also checked on me regularly to make sure that I was ok with the pressure. He did a great job working out all of the kinks. He also used hot rocks during the middle of the massage (I thought this was a plus as I wasn't expecting it) to help loosen up those muscles. I admit, I was sore when leaving, but it was a good sore that was very necessary. * If you're in need of a serious DEEP TISSUE, MUSCLES ACHING massage, then I highly recommend that guy!! 2nd Visit. * On my second visit I really just wanted to relax (no deep tissue stuff, just a relaxing massage). I got the same 90 minute massage and ended up with Penny. She was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I asked for medium pressure and didn't specify any aches or pains. * Penny was great!! I was close to falling asleep so many times!! She literally melted my muscles. She also used the hot rocks (so maybe that's part of the massage). My favorite part had to be the scalp massage and her concentration on my back and feet. I also loved the scents she used on my shoulders & face. I've never considered becoming a regular at a massage place, but now i'll be making regular appointments with Penny!!! Overall * The prices are great!! On both visits I have been able to schedule same day appointments. Parking can be a pain as there are only a few spots in the front of the establishment and it sits on a BUSY street. * They have a punch card!! After 10 visits you get a free foot massage. * Arden's Garden is next door and they play very loud music that can be heard during your massage. However, I was easily able to tune that out during my 2nd visit. * Great Place!! Great Prices!! I'm 2-2 on visits and look forward to going back soon!!

This was one of the worst places I have been to get a massage. When I walked in there was no one at…read morethe desk , a women then comes from around the corner barefoot in a crop top and ask if I want a massage. I politely say yes an hour please. So she guides me to a room and leaves. I'm like ok?? No instruction no introduction, nothing. Luckily for her I have had massage before and I know what to do. So I get ready for my massage , she knocks and comes in . Then leaves abruptly, then comes back and dumps oil on my back , I jump because it's cold and I'm startled at her delivery . But I stay quiet and she proceeds. After about 2 mins using her hands , she starts using this hand held roller for 30 mins on my back. She then leaves my back completely uncovered and moves on to my legs , and uncovers both my legs leaving the blanket in a pile on my butt. I was confused as to why I was completely uncovered while she was just working on my leg. At this point I am certain that she isn't a professional massage therapist. I continue to let the foolishness go on because I so desperately needed a massage. She ask me to turn over on my back while barely covering me and I tell her I want her to work on my neck and back more . So she confusingly tells me to turn back over on my stomach then drives her elbow into my neck, I had to tell her to stop. She massages my feet and slaps some lukewarm towels on them after she was done . I was appalled, but also relieved it was over . I kept waiting for it to get better , but it never did . I will never be coming back to this place , I am shocked as to how they are still open. Not professional! No quality whatsoever!!!

Liya down the best masseuse I've ever had--anywhere. I've been going to her religiously for a year…read moreor two now. I pretty much get a massage every 1-4 weeks depending on my schedule. She does the best whole body massage, super strong, so meticulous and knows the body very well. Her head and facial massage is also incredible. She even massaged jaw tension that I didn't know I had. And the way she massages with hot stones? Amazing. I love that she keeps the hot stones and hot towels on the body to aid in muscle relaxation. Her technique cant be replicated. she really spends her time getting into every muscle group. Her timing is perfect. The way she follows the bone and pushes towards/away the bone on the muscle. I mean, I dont know even how to describe it. She is also very warm kind-hearted. Shes like my aunty Ask for Liya. You will not be disappointed. Ive tried nearly all the females masseuses (because Liya was out of town) and all the other masseuses are good but Liya is the best. Shes the most consistent and the most skilled.

Like most folks these days - I've been stressed and worried. So I decided to treat myself to a…read moremassage. This place is close to my home and I was in the plaza running errands - so it seemed like a good choice. Unfortunately - I have to give this place 2 stars - and that's actually being kind of generous. When I arrived, an Asian gentleman was actually exiting a suite a few doors down and he was accompanied by two little children. He was carrying what looked like a bucket or a caddy and a drill, so imagine my surprise when I realized he walked in behind me and it turns out he was the receptionist and the masseuse. Some things to know: 1) the receptionist / masseuse is male - there are no female staff members available 2) the receptionist / masseuse speaks little to no English. So communicating your massage needs will be extremely challenging. During much of my massage - I could not understand whether he was saying "Hurt?" or "Hard?" and he could not understand me when I said "that hurts" or "too hard". So when I was trying to tell him he was hurting my coccyx - he actually seemed to think I wanted him to press harder. I finally got him to understand by physically touching his hands and moving them away from the area. But then - he seemed to think I wanted no pressure for the rest of the massage. 3) I know this may be an odd thing to mention - but there is no liquid soap in the restroom. They use bar soap which I have never seen in a business restroom and I thought there was some sort of rule against this for business establishments. 4) Speaking off - when I undressed for the massage, he didn't go wash his hands before. And keep in mind, I'd just seen this man carrying power tools. I'm sure he used the hand sanitizer at the front desk, but I could hear him outside in reception talking to the little children while I was undressing and at no point did he walk down the hall and use the restroom. I knew where it was because I used the restroom before my massage. 5) At first - I could hear the kids in the reception area, talking but once the music came on - it drowned them out. The music was quite a bit louder than you'd typically experience during a massage. I don't know if it was deliberate - to drown out noise from reception and the other suites - but once again - there was no way for me to communicate this to masseuse. The gentleman seemed friendly. And the prices are on par with what you'd expect for this type of place. But the soap thing - coupled with the inability to request a female masseuse and the language barrier issue - means I won't be back.

I had to ask every minute or so to go softer as it was extremely aggressive and fast. Despite asking to go a bit slower, nothing changed. The one area I asked to avoid, was not avoided and I had to ask twice to stop since I specifically did not want that worked on. I felt as though what I asked for her to focus on was not at all done, despite multiple attempts to have her just work on the areas I came into the massage parlor for. I was pretty tense the entire time because I was uncomfortable. I have been in pain since my massage. There was also another woman that came into the same room getting a massage with just a curtain separating us, which I was unaware would happen when booking online. I was told upon arriving that it may happen during my session without an option. Overall, it was a poor experience.
