Steak hibachi was on point great flavor and the red rice! Amazing so good and fresh - loved how the veggies were cooked too nice and tender but not mushy! The sauce was perfect also which added that nice touch. Okay the crunch bowl - WOW! So the tempura is perfectly cooked and the amount of avocado was fabulous! And it might seem like just white rice but it's perfect! Oh and the gyoza - they were literally perfectly cooked! We will go back and try some other goodies! Thank you for making amazing food!

The missus likes to add seaweed salad, edamame, masago, carrots, avocado, sesame seeds, and spinach, topped with spicy mayo sauce. I like to add 3 types of fish to get enough protein. It has a kind of cold atmosphere..not very welcoming where you want to sit down and enjoy your meal. Employees were busy prepping and not ready to engage with the public ( they just opened the doors so I understand). Its more of a take out place which is good for the area. I would say get the protein bowl! Good alternative!

Just an overall bland dish. Flatbread was just a pizza cut in half and sliced, was hoping something would be a tad elevated in flavor. No further problems once seated but if you're going to be bitchy at least back it up with good food

While the wait was longer than usual, the atmosphere was filled with joy, kindness, and a real sense of community. The staff handled the busy evening incredibly well. They consistently thanked customers for their patience, even though no one seemed bothered by the wait because we all seemed to understand and expect it. I was genuinely impressed by the positive attitude of every staff member working the Monday night event. They radiated joy and patience and never appeared stressed or short-tempered despite how busy they were. Their communication with one another was seamless, and they were just as welcoming and attentive to every customer who walked through the door. In a community that has been grieving, the environment they created tonight was truly something special. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make the evening such a positive experience while supporting such an important cause. The food was delicious as always!

Was slightly concerning for dinner time to be so slow but it also was nice not dealing with other folks. The second visit was very strange as our food took forever, yes we had one couple ahead of us and one pick up order but it still took over 20 minutes for our first roll and our daughters avocado roll arrived last and an hour after ordering. This was just strange but they only had one sushi chef working. Another issue was our omakase orders, one was just a Tina roll and the other was the surf n turf roll. Which both rolls are totally fine but it wasn't what I thought I'd get when ordering omakases. Also the ginger that say was really flavorless, I've never had such watery bland ginger before. Being in the old Japanese blossom build it has plenty of space, and with the lack of customers the parking lot was a lot easier to deal with compared to when it was JB. No music was playing but it was well lite and didn't have any noticeable smells. If we could remove the odd Saturday night dinner it would rank higher. But that second visit was a huge miss from time to flavor.
