So I just proposed to my fiance and I knew she was going to say yes, what I didn't know was that…read morethe ring I purchased custom made from Ilan at Diamonds For Life would have her literally speechless for well over an hour! I cannot speak highly enough of the attention to detail, impeccable knowledge, amount of patience, and total willingness to make sure that your happiness is put front and center when working with this company and Ilan especially. No question goes unanswered, and nothing is left to the imagination even though you are purchasing online or over the phone. He took the time to find, explain, and even send comparison videos to make sure that you were informed and comfortable with every aspect of what you are buying. I purchased a 1 ct princess cut vvs1 gia stone that I intended to have set at a local jeweler, however, given his amazing pricing I opted to have him complete the engagement ring and wedding band as a package deal. I could not have beat his prices anywhere in the area so the decision was made. I worked with him for several months picking out exactly the stone I wanted in my specified budget and he was more than accommodating when it came to my picky nature. When the finished product arrived complete with paperwork from gia, appraisal, and bill of sale I was impressed with the care in packaging and attention to detail. The real fun was opening the box. I had it sent to my parents house and my mother was the first to see it. She was speechless almost the same as the above mentioned new fiance! I could not believe what I saw when I opened the boxes. Videos did not do it justice! Simply amazing, have to say I was slightly speechless as well! These guys did a job that I can't even put into words. Simply amazing does not do this company justice. I have to admit that when I first entertained buying online I was somewhat skeptical, I did my research and from what I could find, coupled with Ilans professionalism and patience led me to believe I could trust this company. I took a chance and I am so glad I did. This is why I am writing this review. I met Ilan by coincidence looking for stones on ebay, months later I have a ring that I never could have afforded purchasing the conventional way in a big box store or local jeweler. My friends are jealous, her friends are drooling and I am smiling. This is a win for everyone. To Ilan, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being the person you are, and helping me with one of the biggest decisions I will make in my life. If I hadn't had your guidance and patience, the ring she would have gotten would not have been anywhere near the quality and craftsmanship you and your company delivered. I cannot wait to do business with you again in the future and wish you the very best in business and all that you do! Respectfully, Jonathan Saum Oswego, Illinois

Ilan's expertise in diamonds and ring design made for a perfect collaborator. Every step of the way, Ilan shared the process and progress of the ring design and build, which was equally exciting to learn about the details. With each visit to the Diamonds For Life office, the entire team made me feel right at home, including Yariv. The final product came out amazing - see the ring photo with the blue sapphire below. I highly recommend Diamonds For Life for all your ring needs. We can't wait to work with Ilan and Yariv on my wedding band next. Thank you so much! -SG

When we arrived, Connie and her team welcomed us so warmly and made us feel so comfortable for the entire visit. She helped us to find the most beautiful engagement ring and wedding band. She really took so much time into ensuring we liked our rings, and it came out to be even better than we had hoped for. We customized everything and each detail was thoroughly checked and verified to our liking. On top of the exceptional client oriented service, her entire team was so genuinely kind and wonderful. We are so grateful for Connie and everyone there from the bottom of our hearts!!

Very accomodating and warm energy from everyone at Inta, especially Connie, Nika, and Jerry whom helped us when we first arrived. We have been diamond ring shopping all around LA, and 98% of them have all had the typical "salesman" energy pushing the sale rather then considering the customer's needs, budget, or time. A big moment for me was when I had brought up another sourced diamond I was looking at during my time there, to get there opinion on it, and rather then become defensive or turn cold to try and sell there diamond like other stores; they actually looked into the IGI cert with me and my partner, and even complimented the cert qualifications. They opened our eyes on why the online diamonds were priced the way they were. They shared table percentages and other factors that attirbuted to the low price, despite the cert rating. They also grabbed a couple VVS1 and VS1 diamonds for us to compare, to see how just because certs are slighlty better does not always equate to a good looking diamond. The eye test is undefeated haha. All in all, Inta is such a breath of fresh air to run into when shopping for such a big occasion. Every good review they have is justified, and the way they do business should be a staple to others in the community. I wish them nothing but the best, and all the business they get is well deserved for the great energy they put out there!

Very disappointing experience…read more We purchased gold jewelry from this store a few months ago, and the item has already broken twice. For the prices they charge, the quality should be far better. Having to repeatedly repair a recent purchase defeats the purpose of buying "fine" jewelry. The customer service shift after the sale was obvious. Before purchasing, the staff was attentive and welcoming. Afterward, interactions felt dismissive and unhelpful. The most frustrating part happened today when we went to pick up the repaired item. My mom politely asked to use the restroom and was told -- in a rude tone -- that they "don't have one." This is a large retail store, and the response felt dishonest and unnecessarily unfriendly. Even if there is a policy, basic courtesy goes a long way, especially toward paying customers. Between poor product durability and the lack of professionalism after they have your money, this place does not live up to expectations. We will not be returning
