So I just proposed to my fiance and I knew she was going to say yes, what I didn't know was that the ring I purchased custom made from Ilan at Diamonds For Life would have her literally speechless for well over an hour! I cannot speak highly enough of the attention to detail, impeccable knowledge, amount of patience, and total willingness to make sure that your happiness is put front and center when working with this company and Ilan especially. No question goes unanswered, and nothing is left to the imagination even though you are purchasing online or over the phone. He took the time to find, explain, and even send comparison videos to make sure that you were informed and comfortable with every aspect of what you are buying. I purchased a 1 ct princess cut vvs1 gia stone that I intended to have set at a local jeweler, however, given his amazing pricing I opted to have him complete the engagement ring and wedding band as a package deal. I could not have beat his prices anywhere in the area so the decision was made. I worked with him for several months picking out exactly the stone I wanted in my specified budget and he was more than accommodating when it came to my picky nature. When the finished product arrived complete with paperwork from gia, appraisal, and bill of sale I was impressed with the care in packaging and attention to detail. The real fun was opening the box. I had it sent to my parents house and my mother was the first to see it. She was speechless almost the same as the above mentioned new fiance! I could not believe what I saw when I opened the boxes. Videos did not do it justice! Simply amazing, have to say I was slightly speechless as well! These guys did a job that I can't even put into words. Simply amazing does not do this company justice. I have to admit that when I first entertained buying online I was somewhat skeptical, I did my research and from what I could find, coupled with Ilans professionalism and patience led me to believe I could trust this company. I took a chance and I am so glad I did. This is why I am writing this review. I met Ilan by coincidence looking for stones on ebay, months later I have a ring that I never could have afforded purchasing the conventional way in a big box store or local jeweler. My friends are jealous, her friends are drooling and I am smiling. This is a win for everyone. To Ilan, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being the person you are, and helping me with one of the biggest decisions I will make in my life. If I hadn't had your guidance and patience, the ring she would have gotten would not have been anywhere near the quality and craftsmanship you and your company delivered. I cannot wait to do business with you again in the future and wish you the very best in business and all that you do! Respectfully, Jonathan Saum Oswego, Illinois read more

I had a truly wonderful experience working with Ilan on my fiancée's sapphire engagement ring. It was important for me to create a custom and vintage-inspired design for her. Ilan's expertise in diamonds and ring design made for a perfect collaborator. Every step of the way, Ilan shared the process and progress of the ring design and build, which was equally exciting to learn about the details. With each visit to the Diamonds For Life office, the entire team made me feel right at home, including Yariv. The final product came out amazing - see the ring photo with the blue sapphire below. I highly recommend Diamonds For Life for all your ring needs. We can't wait to work with Ilan and Yariv on my wedding band next. Thank you so much! -SG read more

I cannot say enough about Ilan and Diamonds for Life. I just bought my dream ring and they have definitely made me a lifelong customer! The quality and price of my diamond exceeded my expectations. Ilan was incredibly patient and understanding as I asked a ton of questions and worried about making such a big purchase online for the first time. The "no questions asked" refund policy in the end made it a risk-free purchase; but there is NO way I am returning this ring. They have a lifelong upgrade option on their jewelry as well. Maybe one day!!! :) In the meantime I am dreaming about earrings! read more

I cannot speak highly enough about Ilan and Diamons For Life. I love that this is a family owned company so right off the bat I was able to trust them completely. My husband and I were referred to him through a friend who had a gorgeous engagement ring. He made the whole process so easy! He took us step by step and showed us everything from the CAD design, stone, the side stone, the molding, I was able to approve everything before!! So with no surprise, when I saw the finished product, (which was just a couple of days after) I was so happy!! It was exactly what I invisioned and exactly like the picture that I showed him. Most importantly, we loved that he never once tried to upsell us. He knew our budget and he did not try to push it. His prices were very reasonable for the high quality that we were getting. His customer care and bedside manner were impeccable! We have found our jeweler for life and I couldn't be more happy!! I've already started a list of my future purchases... Another fun fact is that he not only makes engagement and wedding rings, he also can custom make anything that you want!! From necklaces, bracelets, rings, anything! So I know that I will be sending him lots of pictures in the future!! BOTTOM LINE: Do not hesitate and jump on the opportunity to meet with Ilan, you will NOT be dissapointed!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Using them again soon for the push gift! read more

It took me two years to find a jeweler I liked and trusted. After my first consult with Ilan, I decided he and Diamonds for Life was the winner. Ilan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and he made the entire engagement ring design and purchase process easy and stress free. We talked out the design and I let him do the rest. The final product came out perfect and neither my fiancé nor I would change a thing about it. I'll be a repeat customer for future gifts! Thanks again Ilan! read more

This group is honest and professional. I live in Ohio and they were extremely flexible, kind, and price was more affordable than any local shops I've been to. All the way from the other side of the US, Ilan provided me with great advice and the perfect engagement ring for my girl. Thank you Ilan and God bless you! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Ilan. I was first referred to Ilan by a friend who got a great deal on his engagement ring diamond. I am so grateful I worked with Ilan to not only find the perfect diamond and engagement ring for my wife, but also for the custom-made wedding band he handcrafted for me. First off, Ilan's pricing on loose diamonds is out of this world. He helped me find the exact diamond I was looking for, including sizing and all the specifications, for a fraction of the price retail stores were charging for a similar stone. I was able to purchase a high quality diamond I would not be able to afford otherwise at somewhere like Robbins Brothers. I was planning on buying my wedding band from a high-end jewelry store on Rodeo Drive based on a picture I saw on the designer's website. However, when the ring came in for me to see in person, it was lackluster compared to the image on the website. I decided to have Ilan replicate the band for me and am so happy that I did. In just 2 week's time, Ilan replicated the ring not only for half the price, but it looked 10 times better than the original! Ilan is extremely responsive to texts and returns calls in a timely manner. You are always kept up to date on the process of your transaction. And finally, Ilan is highly connected in the diamond industry. If there is anything you want that he does not have himself, he will find it for you through his associates. I would not hesitate to refer him to friends and return to him myself for any future jewelry purchases. Thanks Ilan! read more

Ilan and Yariv are an excellent help. These brothers treat their customers with complete trust as though they are family. I loved the ring that we picked out for my fiance and would highly recomend them to anyone! read more

As spectacular as their diamonds and rings, the service from Ilan and team is brilliant! I have bought multiple products from him with great quality, confidence and reasonable cost. The turnaround was very quick and he did a good job of coaching on what to consider (ring design) and NOT consider (higher quality diamond) to make the most of my investment. I highly recommend Diamonds for Life! read more

I was referred here by a friend who told me that they have the best prices in town. Not only was that true, but Ilan and Yariv (who are brothers) will go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you want at your price point. I needed a custom tailored purchase which came out beautifully. These guys are amazing and I am so happy I found them. Any of my future diamond purchases are only going to them. read more

Very honest and trust worthy company. Buying a diamond is nerve wracking and it helps if you can go somewhere where you can trust them. They get what you need quickly and they won't rip you off. read more

I love my engagement ring!!! It's absolutely stunning. My fiance and I searched the jewelry district, online and at local stores in Beverly Hills, for the most beautiful diamond, for the best value. We found it here. Ilan and Yariv are both very helpful and professional. They are friends with a friend of mine from high school and that's how we found them. We are so happy! read more

I just finished my three month journey of finding the perfect engagement ring. I live in Seattle and I looked EVERYWHERE: local boutiques, big branches, online outfits, stores in New York, pricescope.com, and everywhere in between. Without a doubt, Ilan from Diamonds for Life offered the best value and customer care. He called me just about every day early on to let me know of new stones that came in or to help me in my search. He even worked with me over the weekend and at night (sorry for being difficult). The prices that he offered were unbeatable (trust me, I checked all over). He shipped me four different stones so that I was able to see them in person. He really cared that I got the best stone for the best price. When it came to getting a ring, he worked with a setter to create a customized and completely unique ring that was EXACTLY what I wanted. Comparable rings were twice as expensive at places like Robbins Brothers / Shane Co. I should also mention that he worked in an extremely tight timeline at that point and delivered perfectly. I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend Diamonds for Life to anyone who wants the absolute best value on their ring. read more

I was ready for an upgrade on my diamond, and so I researched some diamond places and stumbled across the Diamonds for Life number and called but didn't reach them right away. But only moments later, they called back and said they had missed the call and asked how they could help. Other places that I called did not act like they even wanted my business. I live in South Carolina and they are in California, so I knew I would be working with someone long distance. And I honestly didn't know how this would work. Ilan assured me he would do anything he could to help and make sure I was happy. He talk and listened to me and understood exactly what I wanted. He would call me whenever it was convenient for me because we were three hours time difference, send me pictures and videos of diamonds, and I know he did a lot of this after his work hours. He gained my trust even though I've never met him in person, and he assured me that if I didn't like the diamond when I got it, I would send it back and he would find another one that I was happy with. He worked with me and the budget to find a beautiful stone and had it shipped out right away and very professionally. I could not be more happy with the customer service and the feeling of being treated like his own family. Thank you so much for all your help and your kindness! It's so nice to know that there are trustworthy and normal people still left in the world! read more

If I could give compliments higher than 5 stars I would. To advise everyone on Yelp - Ilan and Uribe at "Diamonds for Life" made my diamond purchase experience the best I could have hoped for. From the time we spoke over the phone prior to our meeting Ilan identified what I was looking for. I then went in and was shown the very diamond I had been looking for and could not find over a several month period. He then worked on a setting worthy of such a stone. I was provided a GIA report, appraisal, and invoice and told that they will take care of cleaning, resetting, resizing and whatever else is needed to make my new fiancé as happy down the line as she is right now. We both cannot stop admiring this ring! Diamonds for Life - my new family jeweler. - Mark T. Veneri of Glendale read more

It was a pleasure working with Yarev at diamond for life. I had a certain budget for an engagement ring, and wanted a specific style and size. He came through with a beautiful engagement ring with a high clarity at the right price. I also liked how they were able to design my setting for me too. If you're looking for an engagement ring or a loose diamond, I would 100% trust this jeweler. read more

If your in the market for a diamond look no further. These guys are professional, patient, caring and constantly in contact with you. Ilan was absolutely amazing. He always kept in contact with me. He never made me feel as though I was a fussy client. He sent me 4 diamonds before I finally found the diamond I wanted. There prices are the best you can find. I went to many local and out of state jewelers. There prices are the best and quality is not lacking. I bought over the Christmas holidays and Ilan kept in constant contact. You can't ask for better service or diamond quality. Don't be afraid to buy long distance. Your money is safe and these guys will make sure you receive the absolutely best quality your money can buy. I will never buy another diamond from anyone but these guys. I just wish I could of met them in person. When I'm down in LA for my Disney vacation I'm going to stop in and say thank you.
