Same helpful, friendly, competent Educators tellers but at some other location so I have to figure out how to use the virtual interface. This is not more efficient on my end of the transaction, and it's alienating. I suppose it would be safer in this pandemic, however in order to be able to help customers use the virtual tellers, there has to be a live greeter-assistant who is, again, very helpful, friendly, and competent, but this just isn't optimal from the middle-aged customer perspective. There's also a live banking specialist for the more complicated stuff, who I didn't need to consult but I would assume another well trained, excellent ECU employee. Anyone remember "THX 1138?"
