I had found them on Google under personal chef Puerto Vallarta. Contacted Danielle via email for months about the service, fees, limits of the chef or the members of our family diet. I felt comfortable and got the approval from my family.
Let me begin by telling you Personal Fresh Chef are excellent team. Very professional and understand each individual needs. Danielle had booked Chef Leo and herself for 5 days 2 meals a day either breakfast/dinner or lunch/dinner. Very flexible with our needs. They had bought the perfect amount of food to stock our fridge.
First day made fresh cut up fruits, french toast, bacon, and eggs anyway we wanted. Then he whipped up fresh Guacamole and Salsa for sneaks with chips. Amazing!
Dinner: Chef Leo made this marinated chicken dish with sweet potato pureed and veggies. Wonderful. Of course great margaritas were served.
Second day.
Lunch: Chef Leo made taco's that were to die for. Chicken, choizo, steak with mild to hot spicy salsa.
Dinner: He used the left over meat to make chicken Enchiladas and Cheese for the kids. Spanish rice and beans. yummy! Oh and picked up Churro's for dessert. So yummy!
Kids: cheese enchiladas and veggies.
Third day.
Lunch: Chef Leo created pitta bread with chicken special sauce.
Dinner: Chef Leo stepped it up by making Cesar salad, Mahi Mahi, wild rice and veggies. Amazing!
Drinks accompany by strawberry margaritas and wine.
Kids: had fish fingers with fries.
Fourth day
Breakfast: fresh fruits, pancakes, bacon and Canadian ham and of course, Build your own omelette. OJ and coffee.
Dinner: Delicious red snapper, with wild rice, green beans and onion. Paired with Mango margaritas and white wine.
Kids: gourmet Mac and Cheese with steamed broccoli. Paired with fresh jamaica drinks.
Fifty and Final Day:
Lunch was a fresh toss Santa fee chicken salad and sandwich for the kids.
Dinner our final and last meal. Was the cream de la cream of the best sea food pasta dish ever. Chef Leo and Chef Ernesto made thin spaghetti with two kinds of mussels, scallops, red snapper, Shrimp and Octopus on a delicious pink sauce that was to die for. Bravo.
All in all our experience with PV Fresh Chef has been amazing and magical. They worked with so many personality in our family and diet restrictions. I highly recommend hiring PV Fresh Chef while on vacation in Puerto Vallarta. The last night we parted with them. It was quite emotional. We felt like they were part of our family. We did not want to let them go but we know we will see them again and again. Thank You Danielle, Chef Leo and Chef Ernesto.
