I was looking at the prices on the tag and we couldn't find it. So I looked for my phone number and there it was: more than half the price OFF of what he originally quoted me. Not only did he fix the broken strap but he reinforced ALL of them and charged me so much less than I ever expected. I left with tears of joy and gave him a $7 tip.
