Sam aka Samantha :-) was my stylist. She was so nice and was very deliberate in her application of highlights. She asked me a lot of questions and listened before we started. The highlights turned out great and hid my gray salt and pepper and blended into my previous highlights. She gave me a great haircut too, perfect length taken off and nice layering. Two time now the stylist just wanted to cut my hair and not wash it. The first time she did it I didn't question ( I should have cause I was charged the full price). The second time I said no you have to wash it first. If wash and conditioning are factored into the price then I would expect to get it. Also, when I call to make appointments they frequently don't answer the phone. I always leave a message and don't get a call back. What kind of business is that?
