Very have to have a PCP now and especially happy that it's someone as caring as Dr. Ciano.

This newer receptionist was complaining that I did not answer my phone, that I needed a refill for a medication from a doctor who no longer works in the office and belittle me over making my yearly appointment. Besides the very unfriendly and miserable new receptionist, I'd recommend Dr. Dicker to anyone!

When I was taken into the room, I corrected the assistant saying that I was not there for a well-woman visit. She told me to take everything off, but because I wasn't there for a breast exam, I left my bra on. When Dr. Aronovich came in, I said ad nauseam that I was not there for a well-woman visit, but she gave me a breast exam against my will. Dr. Rose entered the X-ray room and adjusted my leg in a position which I was no longer screaming and the technician was able to take clear images. When he examined my knee he immediately saw them felt the amount of fluid that was causing me grave pain so he provided me with lidocaine first then withdrew 40ccs of blood from my knee! Insane! Instant relief and a better knee brace that helped stabilize me more.

I had a previous bad experience at a different clinic, and I was super nervous to see another doctor in the city. Dr. Kostant was super kind and informative. The office is really clean and comfortable; there is a nice selection of beverages you can enjoy. I would mention if the strings to your IUD are missing prior to your appointment, because there is some medication that you can take beforehand that can help with that process. I was still able to take the medicine during my appointment, and Dr. Kostant made the time for me to complete my procedure the same day. I was able to use laughing gas and local anesthesia for my procedure, which was definitely an interesting experience. I have a follow-up appointment scheduled in two weeks, and I am sure I will be all set for the next 10 years!
