The front desk people and nurses are also super nice, and everyone is very attentive. The reason why there is a long wait sometimes is because the doctors (primarily female doctors, which I like) will come in and sit down and get a holistic idea of what's going on. They ask questions about what's going on in life, what are the issues today, and much more. Everyone I have seen there has been in no rush, and I always feel heard and understood.
